1.Process Flow

2、一般项目
1）饰面材料表面应洁净、色泽一致，不得有翘曲、裂缝或缺损。

饰面板与明龙骨的搭接应平整、吻合，压条应平直、宽度一致。

2）饰面板上的灯具、风口蓖子等设备的位置应合理、美观，与饰面板的交接应吻合、严密。

3）金属龙骨的接缝应平整、吻合、颜色一致，不得有划伤表面缺陷。

实木龙骨应平整、顺直，无劈裂。

4）吊顶内填充吸声材料的品种和铺设厚度应符合设计要求，并应有防散落措施。

5）明龙骨吊顶工程安装的允许偏差和检验方法应符合下表的规定。

6、成品保护措施
1）吊顶工序与其他工序要合理安排，避免之后又要进行其他工序而又进行修补。

2）已完成的管线应做好成品保护工作，防止其他工序对成品的污染及损坏。

3）吊顶施工前应对已完成的地面面层进行保护，严防造成破坏。

4）移动架子或移动XXX应注意保护好已抹灰完成的墙面。

5）龙骨在运输、安装时不得扔摔、碰撞，龙骨应平放，防止变形、锈。

7、安全保证措施
1）特殊工种必须持有上岗操作证，严禁无证上岗。

2）使用人字梯攀高作业时只准一人使用，禁止同时两人作业。

3）现场临时水电设专人管理，不得有长流水、长明灯。

4）中小型机具必须经检验合格，履行验收手续后方可使用。

同时应由专门人员使用操作并负责维修保养。

必须建立中小型机具的安全操作制度，并将安全操作制度牌挂在机具旁明显处。
