I can't believe the amount of office politics going on
in this company. It's like everyone is putting on a performance, pretending to be someone they're not just to get ahead. It's exhausting trying to keep up with all the fake smiles and hidden agendas.
The worst part is when you have to deal with a coworker who is constantly trying to throw you under the bus. It's like being in a never-ending episode of a soap opera, with all the drama and backstabbing. It's hard to trust anyone when everyone is just playing a part.
I've seen people throw their colleagues under the bus just to make themselves look better in front of the boss.
It's like they're all competing for the lead role in a play, and they'll do anything to get it, even if it means sabotaging someone else's career.
It's not just the coworkers, even the managers and
supervisors are in on the act. They'll smile to your face and then turn around and criticize you behind your back.
It's like they're all putting on a show, pretending to be supportive and caring when really, they're just looking out for themselves.
I wish we could all just drop the act and be real with each other. It's so tiring trying to navigate through all
the fake personalities and hidden agendas. I just want to work in a place where people are genuine and honest,
instead of constantly putting on a performance to get ahead.。
