56例左氧氟沙星静脉滴注致不良反应分析与护理体会

【摘要】Objective To study the clinical manifestations of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by intravenous drip of levofloxacin and their nursing experience. Methods The clinical data in 56 cases of ADR caused
by intravenous drip of levofloxacin were retrospectively analyzed and the key points of the corresponding nursing were summarized. Results The common adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin were allergic reaction, gastrointestinal disturbance and neural system responses. Timely and effective coping and nursing intervention was conductive to alleviation of the clinical symptoms. Conclusion More attention should be paid to levofloxacin - related ADR and medication safely in clinic and monitoring drug use should be strengthened to ensure timely and effective rescue and nurs-ing, and increase the safety of using levofloxacin.%目的探讨左氧氟沙

期间上报的56例左氧氟沙星相关药品不良反应的临床表现,总结相应的护理要点.
结果左氧氟沙星常见的不良反应有过敏反应、胃肠道反应、神经系统反应等.及时、有效地应对和护理有利于临床症状的缓解.结论临床上应重视左氧氟沙星的不良反应和用药安全性,并加强用药监护,确保及时有效地救治、护理,提高左氧氟沙星的用药安全性.
