国际买卖合同范本英文INTERNATIONAL SALES CONTRACT
THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into as of [Insert Date], by and between [Seller's Name], a company incorporated under the laws of [Seller's Country], with its principal place of business at [Seller's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and [Buyer's Name], a company incorporated under the laws of [Buyer's Country], with its principal place of business at [Buyer's Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

3. PAYMENT TERMS: The Buyer shall pay to the Seller the Price of the Goods as follows:
