【摘要】This paper in the analysis of the group on the basis of decision -making needs , design the operation data analysis and decision system platform .The platform of the whole network user terminal signal quality and user viewing data monitoring , the unified management of the report , provide support for decision -making lay-er decision .The system design data integration platform , statement analysis platform , portal platform and se-curity management platform , realize the development strategy of the company , risk, capital operation , decision process and the KPI process management .The analysis platform through the company's customer analysis , group analysis , product analysis , audience analysis , income analysis , operation and maintenance analysis and channel analysis , and provide the basis for the decision -making of the company .%介绍集团公司
对运营数据分析和科学决策系统的需求，从而对运营数据分析和决策系统平台的设计进行简析。

平台通过对全网用户终端信号质量和用户收视数据监控，统一报表管理，为决策层的决策提供支持。

系统设计了数据集成平台、报表分析平台、门户平台和安全管理平台，实现了集团公司发展战略、风险、资本运营、决策流程和KPI 的程序化管理。

分析平台通过对公司的客户分析、集团分析、产品分析、收视分析、收入分析、运维分析和渠道分析，为公司决策提供依据。
