急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)不是单一的疾 病,是以急性起病,肌张力减弱,肌力 下降和腱反射减弱或消失为主要特征的 一组症候群。可见于不同的病因和多种 疾病。从传染病监测工作的角度,其定 义尚包括所有15岁以下出现急性弛缓性 麻痹症状病例和任何年龄临床诊断为脊 髓灰质炎(脊灰)的病例均作为(AFP) 病例
②确诊时注意与其它有类似症状疾病相鉴别,如 急性多发性肌炎,线粒体肌病等。
