固定翼单座轻型飞机图纸这是一套上单翼的超轻型飞机的图纸,主要的材料为铝合金,连接方式以铆接和螺栓连接为主,发动机选用的是Rotax447之类的40马力两冲程活塞螺旋桨发动机,采用拉式推进方式半开放式座舱,具有三轴控制能力,侧置操纵杆,起落架为前三点布局。

是一款非常优秀的上单翼骨架式超轻型飞机。

SY汽油航拍直升机离合器甩块增加了割缝长度,变形范围达到了160度,甩块形变尖端脱离了摩擦区,在高低转化变化时不会产生甩块尖端咬合离合器内圈,导致顺时动力下降,防止在离合器甩块达到疲劳极限时达到的抱死SY汽油航拍直升机采用H62铜制球头,高光洁度,高球面度(S<=0.02)降低控制机构的滑动磨损整机采用全轴承机构(43只)灵活废阻低。

设计制作一架KT板像真电动模型飞机作者:戴瀚苏2009-7-4 一、前言用KT板制作模型飞机的优点是重量轻,成本低,工艺简单,耐摔且容易修复,因此KT板模型飞机受到了模友们的广泛青睐。

目前,用KT板制作模型飞机呈现出两种趋势,其中主流趋势是仿照运动机(如Extra330,Su-26,Yak-54等)外形制作尺寸小(翼展800mm 以下),重量轻(起飞重量低于500g)的轻型特技模型飞机或室内超轻型特技飞机模型,如图1,这类模型飞机翼载轻,操纵效率高,动力强劲,因此可以很容易完成各种特技飞行动作,是初学者练习特技飞行的尚佳选择;然而最近另一种趋势正在悄然兴起,那就是仿照战斗机(如F-18、F-22、Su-27等)外形制作尺寸中小(翼展700mm到1000mm之间),重量较重(起飞重量大于500g)的像真模型飞机,如图2,这类模型飞机机翼展弦比和机翼面积较小,动力充沛,因此飞行速度快并且具有较强的机动能力,给喜爱像真模型飞机的朋友们带来了刺激和乐趣。

图1 KT板轻型特技模型飞机图2 KT板像真模型飞机然而,KT板像真模型飞机在展现速度与激情的同时也存在着不少问题和难点,首先,KT板像真模型飞机的滑翔性能欠佳。

按照真实战斗机缩比制作的模型飞机机翼的展弦比和面积很小,前缘后掠角很大,导致飞机低速性能恶化,着陆速度过快。

其次,KT板像真模型飞机的重心位置是比较难解决的问题。

出于制作简单的考虑,用KT板制作机翼时通常采用平板翼型,这种翼型很容易失速,加上细长前机身和边条翼的影响,导致整机气动中心变化范围较大并且难以确定,因此必须将重心调整到适当位置以保证充足的纵向稳定裕度。

再次,KT板像真模型飞机的动力选择也比较讲究。

为了提高速度和仿真度,KT板像真模型飞机通常采用中高转速推进式螺旋桨作为动力,又由于电机位置应尽量靠近重心,因此螺旋桨通常位于机身中部,这就要求螺旋桨的直径不能超过中机身的最大宽度,在螺旋桨直径受到限制的情况下,必须选择合适的桨距和电机转速来实现理想的推力。

最直观的KT板飞机制作过程60*90的板一张,可以做2架。

xxd2245,电池2200mh。

对角一刀,打开翼展为90。

折起来继续割,先割宽9cm,再割长13cm。

这个小位置是装电机插座的。

这个三角随意割,割这块位置主要是为了美观。

上面割三角形的时候要给尾翼留17cm的距离。

17cm长,高6cm的尾翼。

我都有点觉得太灵敏了。

割好之后展开就是这样的。

非常的漂亮,速度也挺快的。

纤维胶带加固。

割尾翼。

放电池的地方,做这个主要保护电池,防止撞击飞出。

8cm长。

这也是重心位置。

电池要2200mh的。

如果你是小电池,就做7或6cm的。

电池在往前放点。

垂直尾翼用热熔胶固定,这个大家都会吧。

机头位置加这个是为了加强撞击时强度了。

后面2个是为了防止降落时,伤到舵机。

电机用热熔胶固定。

机身全用头透明胶加固,非常耐撞。

我也是这样做的
话说这款飞机的速度还是挺快的。

不过也挺稳的。

也很灵敏。

舵不要打的太大。

新手,老手都可以爽飞。

航模制作材料工具篇 IMB standardization office【IMB 5AB- IMBK 08- IMB 2C】材料工具篇DIY飞机除了设备,当然还需要一些材料和工具,有很多工具吃唾手可得,比如刀子。

可像KT 板之类的,恐怕一般家庭都没有吧。

1、KT板这个是做KT材质飞机的主要材料,用KT做飞机,一是材料好找,二是便宜,三是对图纸手功均要求不高。

如果做轻木之类的飞机要求就要高多了。

KT板大陆卖的主要有两种规格:240CM*120CM和240CM*90CM,厚度在4MM-5MM左右。

3MM的是很难找的,1MM的更别想了。

颜色通常是白色,也有黑色和红色及其它颜色。

价格都不贵,因地而异,我们这里240*90 CM的卖的是7元。

搞广告的小公司,或者批发广告材料的地方一般都有卖的。

DIY KT机,一般使用5MM的居多,但对于重量要求较高的飞机,比如F3P,就要求使用3MM 的了。

机翼部分由于需要弯折,3MM的也大有用处,由于3MM的不好找,可以使用热切割5MM板。

2、粘胶类由于KT板的材质的原因,502,AB胶统统不能用于粘接KT板,万能胶好像也不行。

最好的是泡沫胶。

10元1KG,黄黄的。

超便宜而且比较快。

涂抹粘接面等10分钟左右就可以进行粘接。

这个初粘性相当好。

粘牢了比KT板还牢固。

不过这个家伙不好买,我逛遍整个我们这个小县城,才找到。

网上有5元左右的泡沫快干胶,不过只是很小一瓶。

从性价比来说,贵了一点。

小布丁说851好用,我也没找到过。

还有人说有种树脂型的AB胶也可以,不过慢,我也没找到过。

还有就是要记得买热熔胶枪加胶棒,TAOBAO上低至元一把,20W的。

我买是18元的60W的。

粘KT板要想快就得用这个。

不过热熔胶重,我称了一下,一支大概就有20g。

3、切割设备把KT板切开需要切割设备,常用的是美工刀,便宜的2元一把,贵的不过10来元。

当然也可以用其它的刀子,只要好用。

原则是要薄,要快。
