摘要：The invention relates to a process for recovering one or more growth factors from milk or a milk derivative, comprising adsorbing at least one growth factor from the milk or the milk derivative to a cation exchanger, followed by fractionated elution of the cation exchanger, whereby at least one fraction is obtained which is enriched in growth factors, followed by the further treatment of this fraction at a pH of at least 3. 5 and not more than 4.5.
