A型肉毒素局部注射治疗腋臭21例疗效观察

【摘要】目的探讨A型肉毒素局部注射治疗腋臭的临床疗效。

方法将A型肉毒素注射至皮内真皮深层，每侧共注射15～20个点，两点之间间隔2cm，每点注射2～4U，每侧共注射50U。

本组21例患者随访9个月，&nbsp；观察疗效及并发症，并评价其疗效。

结果局部注射A型肉毒素，48~72h后出汗明显减少，异味减轻，1w后异味基本消失。

疗效维持4~7个月，平均6个月。

结论 A型肉毒素局部注射治疗腋臭疗效佳、简单、安全、恢复快，不影响工作及日常生
活。

%Objective To probe the clinical efifcacy of a botox injection treatment of underarm odor. MethodsThe botulinum toxin type a injected into the skin deep dermis, each side of the co-injection of 15 to 20 points, the interval between two 2cm, 2 ~ 4U per injection point, each side of the co-injection 50U. The group of 21 patients folowed up for 9 months, efifcacy and complications, and to evaluate its efifcacy.Results Local injection of botulinum toxin type A, the sweating signiifcantly reduced after 48 ~ 72h , odor mitigation , the odor disappeared after one week. the efifcacy to keep for 4-7 months, an average of 6 months.Conclusion A botox injection treatment of underarm odor is good effect, simple, safe, quick recovery, does not affect the work and daily life.
