"Welcome to Class 1,Grade 7!"
1.welcome的用法
welcome v.欢迎
welcome to sp. (当sp.为here,there,home等地点副词，省略to)
eg1.Welcome to our school.欢迎来到我们的学校。

eg2.Our club welcomes newcomers.我们的俱乐部欢迎新成员。

welcome adj.受欢迎的(可作定语，也可作表语)
eg1.She is a welcome guest.她是一个受欢迎的来宾。

eg2.You are always welcome.你总是很受欢迎。

welcome n.欢迎
eg.Let's give Tom a warm welcome.让我们给汤姆以热烈的欢迎。

2.Class 1,Grade 7的用法
类似用法：Row 5 第5排Room 606 606房间
英语中表达年级、班级时，班级在前，年级在后
Class 1,Grade 7 = Class One,Grade Seven 七年级一班
注意：Class中"C"大写，Grade中"G"大写，后面的数词可用阿拉伯数字表示，也可用英文表示，英文表示时，此英语单词的首字母也要大写。

问在哪个班级（或年级），特殊疑问词用which，如：which class,which grade
"I’m Millie,a new student at Sunshine Middle School."
student 可数名词，意为“学生”，复数形式：students
eg.There are some students and a teacher in the classroom.教室里有一些学生和一位老师。

"I'm 12 years old."
“主语+be动词+基数词+years old.”意为“……多少岁了。

”此句型中基数词大于1，且years old可省略。

eg.He is ten (years old).他十岁了。

若表示“一岁”，则为“one year old”.
拓展：
(1)询问某人的年龄，常用"how old",意为“多大”
eg.-How old is your little sister this year?你妹妹今年多大了？
--She is five (years old).她5岁了。

(2)“基数词-year-old”结构，意为“……岁的”，是复合形容词，用来修饰名词，作定语。

注意：year为固定形式，不受基数词影响。

eg.My brother is an eight-year-old boy.我的弟弟是一个八岁的小男孩。

"I love reading."
reading n.阅读
reading作不可数名词，意为“阅读”。

do some reading表示“读书”.
eg.Children learn reading and writing at school.孩子们在学校学习阅读和写作。

It's a good habit to do some reading every day.每天读书是个好习惯。

拓展；
reading是由动词read加-ing变化而来的名词。

类似的：swim→swimming 游泳dance→dancing跳舞run→running跑步
"Now let's meet my new classmates."
1.let's 包含说话者和听话者
let us只包括说话者，不包括听话者
eg.Let’s go home.让我们回家吧。

Let us go home.请允许我们回家吧。

let's 可表示建议，“让我们....吧！”
"let’s..."句型的答语：
eg.肯定，表示同意"OK./All right./Great!/Good idea!"
否定，表示抱歉"Sorry,I..."
表示建议的还有：What about/How about +(doing) sth.?
Why not/don't .....?(动-原)
Shall we....?(动-原)
搭配：let sb. do sth.
2.classmate 合成词
Classmate可数名词，复数：classmates
eg.The girl in orange is my classmate.那个穿橙色衣服的女孩是我的同班同学。

Tell all your classmates to wait here.告诉你所有的同班同学在这儿等着。

拓展：
classmate是由class和mate构成的复合词
类似的（含mate）：roommate室友schoolmate校友teammate队友（不含mate的复合词）：basketball bedroom
"I often play football after school."
1.often频率副词，放在实义动词前，情态动词、be动词之后
eg.He can often help you.
频率副词:always、usually、sometimes、never...
频率短语:once a week、twice a month、every year...
对这些表示频率的词提问，用"how often"
2.play的用法
注意：play后面接表示棋类、球类的名词时，中间不能有任何冠词；但当play 后面接乐器的名词时，名词前必须加定冠词the。

3.after school意为“放学后”
after 介词，意为“在……之后”，反义词"before",“在……之前”
eg.I often play with my classmates after school.我经常在放学后和我的同班同学一起玩。

"She likes music."
music n.[不可数]音乐，乐曲
a piece of music 一首曲子
"He is from Nanjing."
be from...来自……
be from = come from
eg.I am from China. = I come from China.我来自中国。

询问别人来自哪里句型：(1)Where are you from?(2)Where do you come from?
"He is good at Maths."
be good at意为“擅长于”,at为介词，后面跟名词或动词-ing。

eg.I'm good at English.我擅长英语。

I'm good at swimming.我擅长游泳。

同义词：be good at = do well in 擅长于…
反义词：be bad at / be poor at / be weak in... 不擅长于…
辨析：be good for ... 对……有益
