Step 1 Warm up
1) Greeting & Free talk
T: Good morning, boys and girls. Sit down please.
Ss: Good morning, Miss Xu. Thank you!
2) Let’s say
T: Sarah’s mom is asking Sarah.
Mum: What would you like to eat?
Sarah: I’d like a sandwich, noodles and vegetables.
Step 2 Presentation
1) Lead in “tea”
T: How to read this?
Ss: Tea, tea.
T: Tea, eat.
2) Practice “tea”
Sarah, what would you like to drink?
I’d like to drink ____ and ____.
3) Elicit “salad’
Ss: I’d like to eat ….
What would Father and Mather like to eat?
Sarah: I don’t know.
Mum, what would you like to eat/ drink?
Dad, what would you like to eat/drink?
4) Elicit “hamburger”& “ice cream’
Dad, what wouldyou like to eat?

5) Let’s talk
