Development of the Electric Operations and Control Professional Training Program
Abstract
This paper introduces the process of developing a professional training program in Electric Operations and Control and its major contents that were implemented in the process. In the training program, efforts were made to cultivate professionals with good electrical skills and abilities, have a solid understanding of the principles of electrical control and operation, and be able to apply the knowledge of electric operations and control to the actual application field. This training program includes the following four aspects: course setting, practical training, internship and employment guidance.。
