In the traditional Chinese marriage ceremony, both the bride and groom kneel in front of their parents and serve them tea as an expression of gratitude.
Tea drinking habits vary in different parts of China. People from different regions favour different types of tea. Tea drinking methods are also different. In the north of China, people like to drink tea with a bowl or a glass. Those in the south of China enjoy tasting tea with cultural tea sets.

Passage B
There are four basic steps to selecting quality tea.
1.Observe. Good or fresh tea is bright in colour and tight in shape, but poor tea is loose and dull. The leaves should be dry enough to make a rustling noise in the palm.
2. Smell. The fragrance of the tea should be pure without a burnt taste or sour smell. Good tea, especially fresh tea, has a natural aroma like orchid or jasmine while poor tea smells stale.
3. Taste. You can taste the leaves by chewing them carefully. Good tea leaves have a fresh mellowness. You can also infuse some tea to see if the leaves extend smoothly and sink slowly to the bottom. Good tea liquor is emerald green or golden. It has a little bitterness with a lasting sweet aftertaste. Stale tea liquor has an unpleasant smell and is dark brown in colour.
4. See the infused tea leaves. The infused tea leaves should be even without impurity.
After you buy good tea, keep it in a dry, cool place and avoid direct sunshine. An airtight container is a good choice. Avoid putting teas of different aromas too close.
41.What kind of tea looks bright in colour and tight in shape?

参考答案:
Why is drinking tea healthy?
Drinking tea is a very important part of traditional Chinese culture, not only as a way of life, but also as a cultural inheritance. In today's fast-paced life, drinking tea can also help us relieve stress and improve the quality of life. Let's explore why we need to drink tea.
Firstly, tea contains rich antioxidant substances such as tea polyphenols and catechins, which can help eliminate free radicals in the body, slow down the aging process, and prevent various chronic diseases. For example, green tea has a higher content of tea polyphenols, so it has good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
Secondly, caffeine and theophylline in tea can stimulate the nervous system, enhance alertness and attention, and promote brain thinking activity. Especially during work and study, drinking tea can help us focus more and complete tasks more efficiently. At the same time, trace elements such as manganese and zinc in tea can also promote the function of the immune system and enhance the body's resistance.
In addition, the cellulose in tea can promote intestinal peristalsis, help digestion and detoxification. For people who often sit still for a long time, drinking tea can help prevent constipation and other intestinal diseases. At the same time, the fluorine element in tea can also protect tooth health, prevent dental caries and other oral problems.
Finally, drinking tea can also serve as a social activity to enhance communication and emotions between people. In places such as teahouses and tea rooms, people can gather together to taste tea, chat, and exchange ideas, which is very helpful for promoting harmonious interpersonal relationships and enhancing friendship.
In short, drinking tea is not only beneficial to physical health, but also a way of life attitude and cultural inheritance. In a fast-paced life, we can relieve stress and improve the quality of life by drinking tea. At the same time, we can also experience traditional culture and enhance social and interpersonal harmony through drinking tea. Therefore, we should drink tea appropriately in daily life and enjoy the beauty and health brought by tea.。
