Commercial Lease Agreement
This Commercial Lease Agreement ("Lease") is made and entered into on this _____ day of __________, 20__, by and between ________________________________ ("Landlord") and

1. Property. Landlord agrees to lease to Tenant and Tenant agrees to lease from Landlord the following described premises (the "Premises"):
