I have many friends, but my best friend is Li Lei. Li Lei is my classmate and he sits in front of me. He is good at studying English. When I have difficulties in study, he always helps me patiently(耐心地). He also likes helping other students in our class, so everyone likes him.
Li Lei likes sports and I like sports, too. We often play soccer ball, basketball or go swimming. We get on very well with each other.
He needs me and I need him. He is my best friend.

My name is Wu Dong. I’m in Class Three, Grade Two. There are 66 students in our class. The students in our class all study very hard. We always discuss the questions together. The students in our class get on very well and help with each other. All the teachers teach us very well and we all like them. Some students are good at playing basketball very much. Our class is the first in the basketball match in our school.

大声朗读、认真模仿应是中小学英语学习的主要途径之一。

模仿、朗读、和背诵等是语言学习的最根本形式，有助于学生积累大量词汇和丰富多彩的语言表达形式，对于口语和写作具有直接的模仿和借鉴作用。

许多名篇佳作的音韵美、节奏美以及气势美，只有在诵读中才能真正感受到。

笔者认为，对于初学英语者来说，阅读材料越简单越能激发学习者的阅读兴趣。

学习英语不是一天两天的事，
想提高日常英语口语水平，首先要在语音上下功夫。

第一．我觉得最主要一点是敢于开口说英语，不要怕犯错误。

人人都会犯错，这是再所难免的，只要敢说，就一定能学好。

第二．熟记常用语，确保准确无误。

把常用的交际用语背熟，俗能生巧。

第三．要有灵活多样的学习方法。

一种方式学厌了，可以变换其他的方式，以便学而不厌。

第四．多方位多角度来学英语。

要经常读报、听播送、看外语电影、听外语讲座、读课本和别人交谈等方式来学英语。

第五．坚持不懈。

每天课外至少读30分钟的英语。

第六．要加强交际训练。

语言的运用离不开频繁强化训练，只有交际，才能学好。

本学习材料分两局部来编写，第一局部为交际用语，提高日常交际水平；第二局部为篇章阅读，提高整体感知能力，以读促写，提高学生写作水平。

由于编写时间仓促及经验有限，缺乏的地方希望广阔师生给予正确的批评指正，本人不胜感谢。
