中医验方两则：黄芩龙骨牡蛎汤与黄芩茯苓汤
黄芩龙骨牡蛎汤
Huang Qin Long Gu Mu Li Tang献方人：尹周安组成：黄芩10-15 克白芍 15-30 克甘草 10-15 煅龙骨 15-30 克(包，先煎 20 分钟) 煅牡蛎 15-30 克(包，先煎 20 分钟) 大枣 5 枚-8 枚用法：水煎服，每日一剂，分 2-3 次。
小儿剂量减半，或者服用三分之一剂量。
服用时间无特殊要求。
主治：月经不调、功能性子宫出血，上消化道出血（少-中等出血）、支气管扩张咳血；快速性房性早搏、室性早搏、睡眠障碍；血管神经性头疼、高血压病；遗精、早泄。
禁忌：虚寒体质或者虚寒性质的病证禁用。
Composition
Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae) 10-15g, Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) 15-30g, Gan Chao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) 10-15g, Duan Long Gu (Os Draconis calcined) 15-30g, (wrap-boiling 20 minutes first), Duan Mu Li (Calcinedoyster calcined) 15-30g, (wrap-boiling 20 minutes first), Da Zhao (Fructus Jujubae) 5-8 pieces.
Directions
Decoct with water, one dose a day, take orally two or three times daily. Half-dose or one-third-dose for children. No limitation for time of taking medicine.
Indications
Irregular menstruation, Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, Upper gastrointestinal bleeding, Hemoptysis of patients with bronchiectasis, Atrial premature beats, Ventricular premature beats, Sleep-disordered, Vascular headache and Hypertension, Spermatorrhea and Premature ejaculation.
Contraindications
Patients with physical of deficient or syndrome of deficient cold should not take.黄芩茯苓汤Huang Qin Fu Ling Tang献方人：
尹周安组成：黄芩10-15g 茯苓15-30g 桃仁10-15g 丹皮10-15g 赤芍15-20g用法：水煎服，每日一剂，分2-3次。
可以按照剂量比例做成水丸。
丸药每天服用5克，一天2-3次。
小儿剂量减半，或者服用三分之一剂量。
主治：卵巢囊肿（小）、子宫肌瘤（小）、乳腺增生症、痤疮、皮肤溃疡等属于中医湿热夹瘀者。
禁忌：虚寒体质或者虚寒性质的病证禁用。
CompositionHuang Qin (Radix Scutellariae) 10-15g, Fu Ling (Poria) 15-30g, Tao Ren (Semen Persicae) 10-15g, Dan Pi (Cortex Moutan Radicis) 10-15g, Chi Shao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) 15-20g DirectionsDecoct all herbs in water, and take 2-3 times orally a day. The herbs can also be made into watered pills according to the dosage proportion. Take 5g pills daily, 2-3 times a day. For children, take half or 1/3 of the adult dosage. Indications Syndromes with dampness-heat and static blood, such as small ovarian cysts, small hysteromyomas, cyclomastopathy, acnes, skin ulcers and so on. ContraindicationsPatients with deficiency-cold constitution or deficiency-cold syndromes are forbidden to use this recipe.
