摘要：The present invention relates to liver deposit or stem cells. In particular, it is related to separation, characterization, culture, and use liver reserve cell. The isolation of liver reserve cell can be different from morphology, dyeing property of other liver parenchymal cells by them by density gradient centrifugation, and high proliferation activity and energy are seperated outer. Described in extended culture, these cells quantitatively morphological dilations and are divided into mature liver parenchymal cell, can mediate liver specificity function. Therefore, isolated liver reserve cell can have the application of wide scope, and including but not limited to, their carriers as foreign gene are destroyed in gene therapy, and/or replacement and reconstruction, infect, or hereditarily insufficient mammalian liver passes through transplanting.
