班级纪律公约

一、纪律学习方面

1、铃响则静，入室则静，做好下一节课的预备再离开教室。

2、上课铃响时，上课迟到如无极特殊情况必须进入教室。

3、上课认真听讲，听从老师的安排，严禁交头接耳，影响课堂纪律，坐姿端正，不准趴在桌子上，严禁上课睡觉。

4、上课绝对不能私自出教室，更不能私自去厕所。上课后私自去厕所班级必须有记录，存档总结。

5、课间不乱串班级、串楼层、不打闹，听到上课预备铃声准时进教室，做好课前准备工作。

6、午休时，注意安全，住宿生不乱串别人宿舍，校外生及时回家。

7、学习态度端正，按时独立认真完成作业，问题不过夜，当天问题当天解决，学习要有计划，并保证每晚2小时、休息日每天5小时的学习时间。

8、用蓝笔做作业，用红笔改错。作业完成后请自查或互查后再交老师看。

9、开学当天课代表收齐作业，并向科任老师或班主任报告学生作业完成情况。

10、作业收发：作业由学生自觉交到组长或课代表处，一般不提倡课代表逐个学生收作业；发作业可由课代表找几个负责同学一起发放，以节省时间。不允许放在讲桌上由学生自己乱拿。

11、课桌摆放整齐，横竖成一线，走道宽度一致，书本摆放整齐。

12、学生请假制度：在校请假，学生务必写请假条，注明请假原因、请假节数和请假时间，并由家长接回；在家请假，必须家长亲自打电话、发短信，班主任做好记录，严禁学生口头捎信请假或学生自己写请假条请假。

13、严禁穿奇装异服，严禁染发、留长发，不准穿拖鞋上学，不准烫发，不准戴耳环、项链、戒指等。

14、严禁带手机、与学习无关的杂书、镜子梳子等及刀具等危险物品入校。

15、每次月考、期中和期末考试，认真诚实地参加每一次考试，不作弊，不弄虚作假，不骗人骗已。

二、卫生方面

1、认真完成自己的本职任务，每天必须由卫生委员检查认可后，才能离开，教室和清洁区每天要认真打扫，劳动工具要爱护，每次使用完要摆放整齐。

2、重视教室及走廊的保洁工作，不随意扔垃圾，保持自己座位周围环境卫生，不在自己抽屉内扔垃圾。

3、杜绝往教室带食品，更不能进教室吃饭，不能上课吃零食，否则一律按违纪处理。

四、课间操和升旗方面

1、升旗和广播操时，及时参加，不缺席，队伍要站整齐，在队伍中间要严肃，不交头接耳。

2、广播操动作要到位，保持良好的精神状态，服从体育老师的管理；

五、公物保管方面

1、保管好自己的课桌椅，不在课桌上乱涂乱画，贴、刻。

3、不在教室内的墙壁上乱涂乱画，贴、刻。

4、保管好教室劳动工具和玻璃。

5、爱护教室内的各项设施。
