学生通过该片课文的阅读,首先可以看到故事主人公对自己的介绍:她因羡慕身材苗条的人开始节食,绝食,但是并没有取得她想要的结果,直到她看到一篇关于对于fat和fit的介绍她幡然醒悟,开始追求健康的生活。
