Input impedance of the receiv-ers is typically 15k Ω (12k Ω minimum). A wide common mode range of -7V to +12V allows for large ground potential differences between systems. The receivers of the SP481, SP483and SP485 have a tri-state enable control pin.A logic LOW on RE (pin 4) will enable the receiver, a logic HIGH on RE (pin 4) will disable the receiver.The receiver for the SP481 and SP485 will operate up to at least 5Mbps. The SP483 receiver is rated for data rates up to 250kbps. The receiver for each of the three devices is equipped with the fail-safe feature. Fail-safe guarantees that the receiver output will be in a HIGH state when the input is left unconnected.Shutdown Mode SP481/SP483The SP481 and SP483 are equipped with a Shutdown mode. To enable the Shutdown state,both the driver and receiver must be disabled simultaneously. A logic LOW on DE (pin 5) and a logic HIGH on RE (pin 4) will put the SP481or SP483 into Shutdown mode. In Shutdown,supply current will drop to typically 1µA.DESCRIPTIONSP481, SP483, SP485The SP481, SP483, and SP485 are half-duplex differential transceivers that meet the require-ments of RS-485 and RS-422. Fabricated with a Sipex proprietary BiCMOS process, all three products require a fraction of the power of older bipolar designs.The RS-485 standard is ideal for multi-drop applications and for long-distance interfaces.RS-485 allows up to 32 drivers and 32 receivers to be connected to a data bus, making it an ideal choice for multi-drop applications. Since the cabling can be as long as 4,000 feet, RS-485transceivers are equipped with a wide (-7V to +12V) common mode range to accommodate ground potential differences. Because RS-485 is a differential interface, data is virtually immune to noise in the transmission line.DriversSP481, SP483, SP485The driver outputs of the SP481, SP483, and SP485 are differential outputs meeting the RS-485 and RS-422 standards. The typical voltage output swing with no load will be 0 volts to +5volts. With worst case loading of 54Ω across the differential outputs, the drivers can maintain greater than 1.5V voltage levels. The drivers of the SP481, SP483 and SP485 have an enable control line which is active HIGH. A logic HIGH on DE (pin 5) will enable the differential driver outputs. A logic LOW on DE (pin 5) will tri-state the driver outputs.The transmitters of the SP481 and SP485 will operate up to at least 5Mbps. The OPA227 and OPA228 series op amps combine low noise and wide bandwidth with high precision to make them the ideal choice for applications requiring both ac and precision dc performance. The OPA227 is unity gain stable and features high slew rate (2.3V/µs) and wide bandwidth (8MHz). The OPA228 is optimized for closed-loop gains of 5 or greater, and offers higher speed with a slew rate of 10V/µs and a bandwidth of 33MHz. The OPA227 and OPA228 series op amps are ideal for professional audio equipment. In addition, low quiescent current and low cost make them ideal for portable applications requiring high precision. The OPA227 and OPA228 series op amps are pinfor-pin replacements for the industry standard OP-27 and OP-37 with substantial improvements across the board. The dual and quad versions are available for space savings and per-channel cost reduction. The OPA227, OPA228, OPA2227, and OPA2228 are available in DIP-8 and SO-8 packages. 8.4.1.4 任何深度大于5%壁厚或者3mm(取两者中最小者)的表面不完整,需要进行修磨。
深度小于等于0.3mm的表面不完整(imperfection)可不进行修磨。
8.4.1.5 侵犯规定最小壁厚的表面不完整性将被认为是缺陷,这种管子应当被认为不符合EN10216中的本部分。
8.4.2 内部质量8.4.2.1 密封性试验管子需通过静水压力试验(见11.8.1)或者电磁试验(见11.8.2)除非买方指定试验方法采纳11.8.1或者11.8.2 ,试验方法将由制造方来决定。

PRELIMINARY’99.12.9Li-Ion BATTERY PROTECTORR5422NxxxC/xxxE seriesn OUTLINEThe R5422NxxxC/E Series are protection ICs for over-charge/discharge of rechargeable one-cell Lithium-ion (Li+) excess load current, further include a short circuit protector for preventing large external short circuit current.Each of these ICs is composed of three voltage detectors, a reference unit, a delay circuit, a short circuit protector, and a logic circuit. When charging voltage crosses the detector threshold from a low value to a value higher than V DET1, the output of C OUT pin, the output of over-charge detector/VD1, switches to low level, charger's negative pin level after the delay time by setting an external capacitor. After detecting over-charge the VD1 can be reset and the output of C OUT becomes high when the V DD voltage is coming down to a level lower than “V REL1”, or when a kind of loading is connected to V DD after a charger is disconnected from the battery pack while the V DD level is in between “V DET1” and “V REL1” in the R5422NxxxC/E version.The output of D OUT pin, the output of over-discharge detector/VD2, switches to low level after internally fixed delay time passed, when discharging voltage crosses the detector threshold from a high value to a value lower than V DET2.After R5422NxxxC/E Series detect the over-discharge voltage, connect a charger to the battery pack, and when the battery supply voltage becomes higher than the over-discharge detector threshold, VD2 is released and the voltage of D OUT becomes “H” level.An excess load current can be sensed and cut off after internally fixed delay time passed through the built in excess current detector, VD3, with D OUT being enabled to low level. Once after detecting excess current, the VD3 is released and D OUT level switches to high by detaching a battery pack from a load system.Further, short circuit protector makes D OUT level to low immediately with external short circuit current and removing external short circuit leads D OUT level to high.
