临时保护措施条款
（保监会备案编号：都邦[2009]N204号）
兹经双方同意，如果保险财产的任何部分遭受承保范围内的损失，本保险单项下的赔偿扩展包括为进行合理的临时或永久性的修理而产生的必要费用，但仅限于为防止财产遭受进一步损失所进行的修理，且被保险人应保留上述修理支出的详细记录。
本扩展条款项下承担的全部赔偿责任不超过或损失金额的，以低者为限，且此限额应作为本保险单总保险金额的一项，而并非在其基础上的附加。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。

Temporary Protection Clause
It is hereby agreed and understood that in the event of any part of the Insured Property sustained damage for which the Insurers are liable, the indemnity provided by this Policy is extended to include such cost necessarily incurred in order to make reasonable repairs, temporary or permanent, provided such repairs are confined solely to the protection of the property from further damage, and provided further the Insured shall keep an accurate record of such repair expenditures.
The total liability as afforded under this extension shall not exceed ____________ or ____________ of the loss whichever is the less and such limit shall form part of and not in addition to the Total Sum Insured under the Policy.
This clause is subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy.
