压力温度开关原理图工作原理:本产品使用标准工业级压力传感器或热电阻、热电偶(温度开关)作为测量元件,经高精度集成电路将测量结果放大、运算、温度补偿,并经过隔离后驱动输出,其中精密定值电路提供稳定的定值。
采用独特的电源技术和测量电路,充分利用两线制原理和电流环的抗干扰能力实现开关量的控制。
使得微电子式开关产品在动作的响应时间、可靠性和稳定性上都远超过其它形式的压力及温度开关。
相关技术参数MYPTS 系列产品均通过相关技术的权威机构严格的测试和认证,完全符合下表中所有的技术指标和性能。
MYPTS 的所有产品从内部核心部件、传感器、辅助材料到外壳的设计和测试,均充分考虑各种严酷的现场工作环境,在出厂之前每只开关都在完全模拟现场工况下进行严格的整机老化试验、抗干扰测试、交流功能试验。
确保了产品能够在恶劣环境中的长期稳定性和可靠性,同时也保障了开关在-10~100℃的环境温度中,保持定值精度和所有的性能不变,甚至在高达-40~125℃环境温度范围内,仍能正常工作。
