引导的从句表示主从句的动作同时发生，或从句的动作在主句之前。
when 引导的从句的谓语动词可以是延续性的动词，又可以是瞬时动词。
例如：When she came in, I stopped eating.她进来时，我停止吃饭。
（瞬时动词）When I lived in the countryside, I used to carry some water for him.当我住在农村时，我常常为他担水。
（延续性的动词）We were about to leave when he came in.我们就要离开，就在那时他进来了。
二．时间介词(at, in,on) 的用法与练习1. at 指时间表示：（1）时间的一点、时刻等。
如：They came home at sunrise （at noon, at midnight, at ten o’clock, at daybreak, at dawn）.（2）较短暂的一段时间。
可指某个节日或被认为是一年中标志大事的日子。
如：He went home at Christmas （at New Year, at the Spring Festival, at night）.2. in 指时间表示：（2）在某个特定的早晨、下午或晚上。
如：He arrived at 10o’clock on the night of the5th.（3）准时，按时。

我将从以下几个方面阐述我的说课内容。
一．教材分析Section A 是本单元的重点部分，也是核心教学。
为口语练习课，主要学习日期的表达。
它上承Unit 的数字教学，下接SECTIONB与以后有关日期的英语教学。
，因此本部分是前后知识的载体，在本单元以及今后的英语学习中都占重要的地位。
二、．教学目标《课程标准》中说：英语教学的目的是培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力，为用而学，在用中学，学了就用。
因此我把本课的教学目标定为以下几个方面：（1）知识目标①词汇掌握 1－12月份的表达序数词1－31②日常交际用语 when is your birthday?My birth day is ….③语法日期表达法（2）能力目标在连贯的听说读写活动中，训练学生的逻辑思维，快速反应能力和实践能力，使学生能熟练应用：when is your birthday? 句型及其回答。
（3）德育目标热爱生命，孝敬父母的思想教育三、本课的重点难点和关键点及其理论依据根据《课程标准》，重点是句型when is your birthday ? 及其回答.难点是日期表达中月份和日期的正确使用。
关键点是：正确熟练运用when is your birthday ?my birthday is …. 句型。
四教学方法和学法教学的实质是交际，为此我选用了以下教法：1．提问引入法通过提问，集体，分组，分行回答，或学生逐个回答的形式开展教学，检查和巩固新旧知识。
2．交际功能法通过集体，分组，两人，个人操练等形式，达到交际的目的。
