Hi, everyone. Yesterday we knew about Mid-Autumn Festival. On that day, we usually eats mooncakes . But on Thanksgiving Day, do you know what food the people in western eat. Turkey and pies. Please get ready for turkey.

Step 1. Bring some moon cakes to the class. Look at these moon cakes . Do you want to eat them?
I think so . Here you are . Are the delicious? On Thanksgiving Day, we eat …And then learn new
words of the text .
Step 2. Come to “Think About It!” Ask the students to answer the first and second question. And after listening the tape, answer the third question.
Step 3 . Play the audiotape. Have the class follow the audiotape while looking at the text.
