路基填方施工方案

施工步骤：

1）按照设计要求，将填筑路基的每一层土方按照规定的厚度进行摊铺，并用压路机进行压实，保证每层土方的压实度符合表1-1的要求。

2）在每层土方压实后，进行平整，保证路基表面平整度符合设计要求。

3）对于填方路段，应按照设计要求进行边坡、路肩的修筑，并进行压实，保证路肩的稳定。

4）填筑完成后，进行最终压实，保证路基整体的压实度符合表1-1的要求。

2填方质量控制

2.1填方质量控制的主要内容包括填料质量控制和填筑质量控制。

2.2填料质量控制：填料必须符合设计要求，并经过试验室检测合格后方可使用。填料应保证其粒径分布合理、含水量符合要求、无杂物、无腐殖质等。

2.3填筑质量控制：填筑过程中应按照设计要求进行每层

土方的摊铺、压实和平整。同时，应对填筑过程中出现的问题及时处理，确保填筑质量符合要求。

3安全措施

3.1施工现场应设置安全警示标志，保证施工现场的安全。

3.2施工人员应穿戴好安全防护用品，如安全帽、安全鞋、手套等。

3.3施工过程中应注意防止滑坡、塌方等事故的发生，必

要时应采取支护措施。

3.4施工过程中应注意防止车辆、人员等误入施工区域，

必要时应设置警示线和安全隔离带。

3.5施工结束后，应对施工现场进行清理，保持施工现场

的整洁和安全。
