路基填方施工方案

施工步骤:

1)按照设计要求,将填筑路基的每一层土方按照规定的厚度进行摊铺,并用压路机进行压实,保证每层土方的压实度符合表1-1的要求。

2)在每层土方压实后,进行平整,保证路基表面平整度符合设计要求。

3)对于填方路段,应按照设计要求进行边坡、路肩的修筑,并进行压实,保证路肩的稳定。

4)填筑完成后,进行最终压实,保证路基整体的压实度符合表1-1的要求。

2填方质量控制

2.1填方质量控制的主要内容包括填料质量控制和填筑质量控制。

2.2填料质量控制:填料必须符合设计要求,并经过试验室检测合格后方可使用。填料应保证其粒径分布合理、含水量符合要求、无杂物、无腐殖质等。

2.3填筑质量控制:填筑过程中应按照设计要求进行每层

土方的摊铺、压实和平整。同时,应对填筑过程中出现的问题及时处理,确保填筑质量符合要求。

3安全措施

3.1施工现场应设置安全警示标志,保证施工现场的安全。

3.2施工人员应穿戴好安全防护用品,如安全帽、安全鞋、手套等。

3.3施工过程中应注意防止滑坡、塌方等事故的发生,必

3.4施工过程中应注意防止车辆、人员等误入施工区域,

必要时应设置警示线和安全隔离带。

3.5施工结束后,应对施工现场进行清理,保持施工现场

In half-excavated and half-filled ns。if the slope of the ground is steeper than 1:5.the original ground is excavated into an inward sloping step of no less than 3m with a slope of 2.0-4.0%。which is then compacted。The filling layer should start from the lowest step and be compacted in layers。then gradually filled upwards。After all the steps are filled。the general filling can begin.

If the filling is divided into several ns。and the ns are not filled at the same time。a 1:1 slope should be used for layer-by-layer XXX of the two ns。Each layer should be compacted to the edge。with the XXX filled。the n should be excavated into a 1m step and compacted in layers。If the two ns are filled at the same time。they should be layered and connected to each other。with an overlap length of no less than 2m.
