摘要：PURPOSE:To manufacture a perforated product having fine appearance without weld line by an injection method by boring a shearing hole in a molding inside cavity by means of a boring pin. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin is injected into a cavity 3 and immediately before or after the solidification of the molten resin, a shearing hole is bored in the molding by moving a boring pin 7 to the left side. The boring pin 7 is moved toward a mobile mold 2 side, or to the left side, by lowering a guide 5 with the falling of a cylinder 12 and also by moving the head 7b of a boring pin 7 along the inclined side 5a of the guide 5. This method can apply to the manufacture of automobile meter cover, the front panel of audio-instrument, etc., having clamping hole and regulating knob.
