一、便民措施
convenience-for-patients services
1.每位患者入院时发放一只文件袋，内有入院须知、健康宣教资料等，并供患者存放诸如：住院发票、身份证、医疗卡等，防止丢失以利于患者顺利办理出院手续。

A file pocket, including admission notice and health education materials, will be provided to each patient when admitted to hospital. In order to go out of the hospital quickly and successfully, patients could also put hospitalization invoice, ID, medical card etc. in the pocket in case of loss of these important files.
2.夏天，每个病房都配置了电热蚊香，及时发放蚊香片或提供电蚊拍，这样避免了患者因蚊虫干扰影响休息。

In summer, electric mosquito coils are provided in every ward in order to avoid the disturb by the mosquito.
3.护士站配置便民盒，内有笔、纸、信封、针线等供患者使用。

There are also pens, paper, envelopes, hand sewing needle and thread in the nur se station which could be used by patients.
二、专科特色护理
Specialized care
1.使用疼痛评估表对患者进行疼痛评分，及时采取干预措施或使用止痛药物以防止并发症的发生。

To prevent the complications, pain assessment form is used to evaluate the pain levels, so that intervention measures and painkillers could be used in time.
2.患者术后需要密切观察再植指体的血运情况，我们发明的“血运观察棒”即方便观察血运，又能减少接触感染的机率。

We invented a “blood supply observation stick”to observe the blood supply situation after digital replantation operations. And this action could also decrease the possibility of contact infection.
3.设计不同的体位垫，这样方便不同部位受伤的患肢抬高并处于功能位。

Position cushion were designed to patients, so that different parts of arms and legs could be raised and be in the functional position.
4.制作各类健康教育单发放给患者，或手册挂在每个病房方便患者随时翻阅。

All kinds of health education sheets are given out to patients. Health education handbooks are put in the wards so that the patients can read it at any moment.
5.开设医护联合门诊，疾病管理师积极参加联合门诊，指导患者功能锻炼。

Disease measurement crews are attended to the outpatient to help the functional exercise to patients.
三、人性化服务
people-oriented service
1.为患者提供洗头用品如：洗头盆，电吹风等。

如果患者不能下床由护士协助患者洗头。

Washing hair products, such as shampoo basin and hair electric hair drier, are p rovided to patients. If the patients cannot get out of the bed, the n urses will help the patients to wash hair.
2.有的患者术后需烤灯照射患处，我们制定了烤灯罩，使光源聚集照射部位同时也避免晚间光线照射影响患者的睡眠。

The wounded part should exposure to the light. We designed the lamp-chi mney to make sure that the light is only focus on the wounded part and it could also avoid a ffecting the sleep at night.
3.患者多为手或足外伤，术后常需要石膏固定患处或裹上厚厚的敷料，常规病员服穿不进去。

我们制定了带纽扣的病员服，以方便患者穿脱。

The wounded parts of the patients in out ward are arms and leg. So most of the time plasters must be used on the wounded parts. Normal patients dress cannot get dressed. We designed special patients dress in order to help the patients.
