全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)必知

一、全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)介绍全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)是经教育部有关部门同意举办的全国性小学生英语学科竞赛,是我国小学英语教学的主要激励机制之一。

全国小学生英语竞赛根据教育部基础教育司关于中小学生外语测试、评估手段改革的指示精神,深化小学英语教学方法和测试方法的改革,全面培养我国小学生的英语素质,激发小学生学习英语的兴趣,激励在小学英语教与学上成绩优秀的师生。

全国小学生英语竞赛分四个年级组进行:低年级组(一、二、三年级)、四年级组、五年级组和六年级组,分初赛和决赛两个程序。

本竞赛面向大多数小学生,坚持自愿报名参加的原则,提倡“重在参与”的精神。

全国小学生英语竞赛在试题类型和考察的知识点方面,都强调学生对英语基础知识的把握,并重点强调学生运用英语的能力。

二、全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)原则全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)的宗旨是全面培养小学生英语素质,激发小学生学习英语的兴趣。

所以,竞赛的命题坚持适应小学生年龄的特点,培养学生爱学英语,使用英语的积极性。

命题注重英语教学的基础与提高,注重学生英语潜能的开发和语言综合运用能力。

三、全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)范围全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)的赛题以《英语课程标准》(实验稿)为依据,按照《关于积极推进小学开设英语课程的指导意见》和《小学英语课程教学基本要求》对小学生英语教学的要求而命制。

竞赛范围包括英语知识、英语语言技能、综合运用能力和英语素养等方面。

根据目前我国各省市小学英语教材不统一的实际情况,竞赛命题的命制参照了现行的各种教材,但不拘泥于教材,按照本年级的英语语言水平命题。

四、全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)内容提要全国小学生英语竞赛(NECPS)内容是以基础知识和基本技能为本,同时又有对语言综合能力的考察。

大致可分为六大类:英语基本知识、字母、语音、词汇、语法及功能意念和话题。

具体如下:1.英语基本常识英语语言的不同历史阶段、使用范围、作用等。
