Act 1: By the pond, a group of tadpoles swim around, looking for their mother.
第一幕：池塘边，一群小蝌蚪游来游去，寻找自己的妈妈。

Tadpoles (in unison): Mom, where are you?
小蝌蚪（齐声）：妈妈，你在哪里？
(Suddenly, a small tadpole spotted a big frog)
（突然，一只小蝌蚪发现了一只大青蛙）
TadpolesA：Mom, we finally found you!
小蝌蚪A：（妈妈，我们终于找到你了！）
（小蝌蚪们游向大青蛙，却被大青蛙拒绝）
big frog：I am not your mother. Your mother has two big eyes, a big mouth, four legs, and a tail.
大青蛙：我不是你们的妈妈，你们的妈妈有两只大眼睛，一张大嘴巴，四条腿，一个尾巴。

(The tadpoles left disappointedly.)
（小蝌蚪们失望地离开）
Tadpoles (in unison): Mom, where are you?
小蝌蚪（齐声）：妈妈，你在哪里？
Act 2: The tadpoles continue their search for their mother and suddenly come across a turtle.
第二幕：小蝌蚪们继续寻找妈妈，突然发现了一只乌龟。

Little Tadpole B: Mom, we finally found you!
小蝌蚪B：妈妈，我们终于找到你了！
(The tadpoles swim towards the turtle)
（小蝌蚪们游向乌龟）
Turtle: I am not your mother. Your mother has two big eyes, a big mouth, four legs, and a tail.
乌龟：我不是你们的妈妈，你们的妈妈有两只大眼睛，一张大嘴巴，四条腿，一个尾巴。

(The tadpoles left again, disappointed)
（小蝌蚪们再次失望地离开）
Tadpoles (in unison)：Mom, where are you?
小蝌蚪（齐声）：妈妈，你在哪里？
Act III: The tadpoles continue their search for their mother and suddenly
come across a crab.
第三幕：小蝌蚪们继续寻找妈妈，突然发现了一只螃蟹。

Little Tadpole C: Mom, we finally found you!
小蝌蚪C：妈妈，我们终于找到你了！
(The tadpoles swim towards the crab)
（小蝌蚪们游向螃蟹）
Crab: I am not your mother. Your mother has two big eyes, a big mouth, four legs, and a tail.
螃蟹：我不是你们的妈妈，你们的妈妈有两只大眼睛，一张大嘴巴，四条腿，一个尾巴。

(The tadpoles continued to leave disappointedly.)
（小蝌蚪们继续失望地离开）
Tadpoles (in unison)：Mom, where are you?
小蝌蚪（齐声）：妈妈，你在哪里？
Act 4: Finally, the tadpoles found their mother.
第四幕：最后，小蝌蚪们终于找到了自己的妈妈。

Little Tadpole D: Mom, we finally found you!
小蝌蚪D：妈妈，我们终于找到你了！
(Little tadpoles swim towards their mother)
（小蝌蚪们游向自己的妈妈）
Mom: Children, you're finally back! I missed you so much! 妈妈：孩子们，你们终于回来了！我好想你们啊！。
