一、前言:
《kqyby.exe》系兰州科庆公司生产的系列含水率自动监测仪统一配套计算软件,通过不同的参数设置即可应用于所有科庆系列的含水仪,为方便用户更好地使用和维护科庆含水仪表,现将科庆含水仪表的设置和参数标定及统一应用软件《kqyby.exe》分解于用户。

二、《kqyby.exe》介绍
1、软件的组成
1)、在微机系统中,一般在用户硬盘和随机光盘中都安装有kqyb名称的文件夹,所有与参数调试有关的文件均在此目录下。

2、kqyb.dat与yb.dat文件中各个参数的名称定义
1)、kqyb.dat数据文件各参数名称说明:(详情请参照《参数说明表》)。

B)、 AO,BO,WS,AL,TT,TP,AN0,AN1,AN2:
透系数 Ao,透斜率 Bo,水修正 Ws,低含水非线修AL,透温系 Tt,透压系
Tp,空管道计数AN0,含水基点透射计数(全水透射) AN1,全油透射AN2;

透射计数值TN ,散射计数值SN (单探头或低含水仪没有此项),人工化验含水值η,取样(油样)温度T (℃),取样(油样)压力P (MPa )。

请按下列规范写入《KQYB.DAT 》数据文件,注意每一个数之间必须用“,”隔开:

3、微机中的参数序号与拟合程序中的位置对照表以及各参数意义
1)、微机系统中参数序号是指KQGK 程序中的参数排列,参数对照见下图。

详情可参照《数据获取与处理系统软件KQGK (版本 2.0)操作使用说明书》中相关说明。

2)、HGS-B/M型智能计量仪参数表(名称和意义同上)
A、1参考温度,2参考压力,3水密度, 4油密度,5水温修正,6水压修正,7油温
修正,8油压修正,9含气下限,10含气上限,11含水下限,12含水上限;
B、 13透射系数,14透射斜率,15水修正,16非线修,17透温系数,18透压系数,
19全水透射;
C、20散射系数(大于500时,单探头计算含水,大于10000时,非线性计算含水),
21散射斜率,22气修正,23散温系数,24散压系数,25全水散射;
D、26含水系数(一般设置为100),27含水偏移(一般设置为0),28累计周期,29
流量系数,30温度斜率,31温度截距,32压力斜率,33压力截距,34差压上限(为0时,认为系统接入的是脉冲流量计,不为0时,认为系统接入的是差压(环行)流量计),35差压下限,36脉冲系数(一般设为0.5~10,低含水设为0.5~1,高含水设为1~10)。

3)、仪表参数说明:
《kqyby.exe》文件系科庆系列仪表(通用软件)的配套软件, 软件中的参数于微机系统相对应,说明如下: 软件中的参数分三行, 依次编号为X.X(行.序), 如第一行第二个参数编号为1.2。

(默认设置以全水为基点,即100%含水时为仪表调试基点)1)、第一行为仪表通用参数, 各参数定义为:
1.1N拟合含水样的个数(调试用)(1-200)
1.2T O 仪表参数设定时的参考温度(30-100度)
1.3P O 仪表参数设定时的参考压力(0.0-6.4Mpa)
1.4P1 油中水的密度(TO温度时的视密度)
1.5P2 原油的密度(TO温度时的视密度)
1.6SW 水的温度系数(体积修正, 查表得,一般设为0.0002,用于计算质量含水率)
1.7SY 水的压力系数(体积修正, 查表得,一般设为0.00001,用于计算质量含水率)
1.8YW 油的温度系数(体积修正, 查表得,一般设为0.00065,用于计算质量含水率)
1.9SY 油的压力系数(体积修正, 查表得,一般设为0.00002,用于计算质量含水率)
1.10VM 体积和质量含水开关(含水类型VM=0.0为体积含水率,其他为质量含水)
1.11QX 含气下限(注意:参数设置开关,A、在FGH型仪表参数设定中QX>0.0,且当
含气率< QX时,为单探头求含水;B、当QX=0.0时,为单探头或低含水自动拟合
参数)
2)、第二行为仪表含水(透射)参数, 各参数定义为(括号内为全油作为仪表调试基点,以下同):
2.1A0 透射系数, A0=Ln (NO全空/ N全水);{A0=Ln (NO全空/ N全油) } (1.0 – 1.8)。

2.2B0 透射斜率, BO=Ln (N全油/ N全水);{BO=Ln (N全水/N全油) ,为负值} 。

FDH-型仪
表一般B0为负值(0.18-0.75)。

2.3WS 含水修正系数(0.02-0.12)。

FDH-S型时为0.0 ,{全油作为仪表调试基点时为负}。

2.4AL 非线性修正系数,FDH型仪表参数(含水率大于5%时有效)。

另外在“散射系数”
小于0、“非线性修正”大于0的条件下显示“油密度”,在仪表未接入有效信号时“油
密度”显示0(同含水、含气等显示)。

2.5TT 透射温度系数(含水仪温度修正0.0-0.0165,一般T=400- 500时,TT=0.0015)。

2.6TP 透射压力系数(含水压力修正0.000-0.001,一般设为0.0)
2.7AN0 透射全空计数(T0温度) ( 调试参数,不在标定参数范围内)
2.8AN1 含水调试基点透射计数(T0温度)。

2.9AN2透射全油计数(T0温度)。

(在仪表参数设定时,此参数作为最后含水率的线性修正系数,
η显=ηk+b中的k, k=AN2/1000000,η为最终含水率,AN2通常定为1000000±1000)
3)、第三行为仪表含气(含水修正或散射)参数, 各参数定义为:
3.1C0 散射系数,C0=Ln (M全水/ MO全空),{C0=Ln (MO全空/ M全水)};
其中:0.0 < CO≤500.0为FGH型(C0 在0.55),CO小于0.0为FDH-S型,CO
大于500.0为FDH-I型。

3.2D0 散射斜率, DO=Ln(M全水/ M全油);{ DO=Ln(M全油/ M全水) };FDH-I型D0=0.0、
FDH-S型Do大于0.8、FGH型-0.05 < DO≤6.0。

3.3GS 含气修正系数,FDH-S型时为0.0,FGH型为1.4~3.7 。

3.4ST散射温度系数;含水温度修正系数:在0.0-0.0018;FDH-S型应为负值。

3.5SP散射压力系数( 压力修正系数0.0-0.0002 ,在拟合中,SP=0.00001时取消自动拟合)
3.6AM0散射全空计数(TO温度) (调试参数)
3.7AM1 含水调试基点散射计数(TO温度)。

3.8AM2散射全油计数(TO温度)。

(在仪表参数设定时,此参数作为最后含水率的线性修正系数,
η显=ηk+b中的b, b=AM2/500000 –1.0,η为最终含水率,AM2通常定为500000±500)
备注:1、上述所有参数都是在参考基点温度、压力下所确定的,务请注意;
2、环流系数1(K0)为环行流量计的流量系数,环流系数2(L S)为系数的修正系数;
1、参数拟合时,请注意参数表中的几个开关参数的设定,切不可错设。

三、含水仪设定与相关说明
1、含水仪与参数设定
1)、FGH-I/Z/S系列型设置:测量数据:全油透射为1250000.0、全油散射为550000.0;全水透射为980000.0、全水散射为556000.0;全空透射为2860000。

附注:FDH-I/II型含水仪的参数拟合首先要确定基点全油的温度修正系数(温度系数是通过监测同一含水率在不同温度时的计数相对差再除以温度差而求之,即Tt=ΔN/N/ΔT;其次是自动拟合开关,即QX和Sp(Sp≠0.00001)的设定(自动拟合时基点的取样个数须占总样数的20%左右);三是VM开关,即质量与体积含水;四是低含水开关(Do=0.0);五是非线性修正开关CO(大于10000.0为非线性修正求含水)。

附注:FDH-S型含水仪的参数拟合首先要确定基点下基本参数的初步设定;其次是温度修正系数,包括高低含水监测的温度系数(温度系数是通过监测同一含水率在不同温度时的计数相对差再除以温度差而求之,即Tt=ΔN/N/ΔT),要特别注意的是确定温度系数时油密度与温度的对应;三是自动拟合开关,即QX和Sp(Sp ≠0.00001)的设定;四是VM开关,即质量与体积含水;
五、参数调试标定简述
1、FGH型系列含水仪的参数调试方法及步骤
1)、参考点的取定是FGH型系列表最为关键的一步,它的确定将是整个含水率曲线的基点,应仔细认真、实事求是进行。

一般情况下,含水率高于50%以上的且经常出现含水70%以上的以全水为参考基点,向反含水率低于50%,且经常在20%以下的含水率远行,则以全油为参考基点设定参数,具体按下列步骤进行:
①在含水很高(或很低)情况下(90%以上或10%以下),开旁通阀门使油流走旁
通管线,同时立即关闭主管线阀门,等待几分钟,并观察计数率变化。

②对于高含水,打开含水仪上的取样阀门,如果直接观察到全水流出或略带油
花,均认为全水憋取成功;若无法确定是否为全水,可重复①操作直至取到
全水为止,并记录其全水计数率;
③对于低含水,则通过观察计数率变化(一般是由低到高,后又由高到低变化)
和取样化验来确定。

如化验含水率低于5%,可通过反推确定全油计数率。


般一个含水点对应的全油计数为2000-3000(实际工矿定)。

④以上只是一种较为理想的状况,有些油田的管线上很难取到确定的全水或全
油(如油、水不容易分离等),在这种情况下,只能取样最高和最低化验含水
率及相对应的计数值,反推全水或全油值。

如在不含气情况下,取样化验含
水率70%、30%所对应的计数率为785000、885000,则可推算出大约每2350
个计数(以实际探测器计数率为准)为一个含水点,按反比关系推出全水或
全油计数值;然后以另外一组含水值(化验确定)为基准,再推出一个全水
或全油值;重复上述过程多次,可得到多个全水或全油值,将这些值结合现
场实际情况加以对比分析,综合平均后确定全水或全油值。

2)、其它参数的确定:请按《参数说明》初置,并通过拟合确定。

2、FDH型系列含水仪的参数调试要点
1、全油值的确定是FDH型系列表最为关键的一步,它的确定将是整个含水率曲线的
基点,一般确定步骤如下:A、在仪器运行比较稳定,被测含水、介质温度变化
相对小时,取全油透射计数值和参考温度、压力,并化验含水率(应尽可能在含
水率低于0.03%时取样化验),重复取样化验,包括含水率较高时。

B、根据取样
数据进行计算机拟合。

2、透射温度修正系数的确定。

透射温度修正系数与温度范围、介质物性和监测取样
间距离有关,一般介质温度在35-45度时、取样间距离为50mm, 845Kg/m3,透
射修正取0.0012-0.00165,温度在45-60度时,透射修正取0.00115-0.00150,
温度在60-80度时,透射修正取0.00105-0.0014,温度在80-95度时,透射修
正取0.0010-0.00125。
