二、了解中西传统节日文化，提高人文素养
本节微课的教学文本主要是谈论西方的传统节日April Fool’s Day和Easter，最后在拓展环节，教师出示春节、端午节和中秋节这些传统节日的短视频，用本节微课所学知识点让学生了解：春节、端午节和中秋节是阴历的什么时候？在2015年是阳历的几月几日？在让学生了解传统节日的同时，还让学生了解阴历。最后向学生提问：还有其他的中国的传统节日，是什么时候？我们怎样庆祝？学生在回答这些问题时，变相的了解了中国的传统节日。本机微课，通过谈论中西传统节日，让学生在学会知识点的同时，了解了中西传统节日文化的差异，形成跨文化意识，开阔学生的国际视野，弘扬学生的爱国主义精神，提高学生的人文素养。

三、提供资料收集途径，培养学习策略
在最后的拓展环节，教师根据本节微课的教学点和中国的传统节日对学生提问，部分学生对中国的传统节日不了解或知之甚少，学生无法回答。这时候，教师就让学生询问他们的父母或祖父母，因为中国的传统节日，他们的父母或祖父母经历和了解的很多，还有就是在书中查阅，当然现在的信息技术发展很快，网络发达，学生也可以在网上查询。当遇到学生不知道，不了解的知识的时候，教师可以不用直接给学生讲解，只需要告知学生在哪些地方或通过什么途径能解决他们的问题就行了，让学生形成有效的学习策略，逐步发展学生的自主学习能力。

学生对西方传统节日April Fool’s Day很陌生，知之甚少，在上课伊始，教师通过播放在April Fool’s Day这天，Zip对Zoom进行愚弄这样的一个故事来引入这节微课When is Easter的学习，学生通过观看动画故事，感知和理解April Fool’s Day，以学生喜欢的方式进行教学，解决教学难点，学生从心理上更容易接受和理解。
