Did you know that hugging another person can improve your immune system2?Hugging is one of life’s most important acts between humans. We hug when we aresad and happy, but hugging has health benefits as well as.
你知道擁抱另一个人可以增强你的免疫系统吗?拥抱是人类生活中最重要的行为之一。

1. Hugs help reduce3 stress4 and worry.

If someone is experiencing something bad, we will hug them and give themcomfort5. But this doesn’t just benefit the person needing the hug. Physical touch6can reduce stress and make the person cool, but it also works the same for the persongiving the hug. Watching someone you care about having pain7 makes you unhappy.By hugging the person, you are sympathizing8 with themand showing your feelings. This will also make you feelbetter and more relaxed.

Babieswho received fewer hugs during this period of tenweeks grew less in the brain. Hugging is the best ofthe physical touches that helped the brain grow.

Hugging builds trust; by taking a person intoyour arms, you are choosing to be close to them and to connect. It helps someoneto communicate feelings with others through touch.

It can be a healthy way of showingyour love to one another, as well as receiving comfort.
