高中教师职业任务和个体紧张反应得分较高,躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、
社会功能和精神健康变量得分较低。男性教师在任务界限、责任和人际关系紧张 反应变量上得分较高,社会支持和自我保健变量得分较低;女性教师以任务不适、 心理紧张反应变量得分较高,休闲娱乐、理性处事、生理功能、躯体疼痛和活力 等变量得分较低。30岁以下年龄组教师在任务模糊、任务界限、业务紧张反应、 心理紧张反应、人际关系紧张反应和躯体紧张反应等变量上得分较高,在自我保 健和理性处事等变量上得分较低;31.40岁年龄组教师在任务过重、任务不适、任 务模糊、任务界限、业务紧张反应、心理紧张反应、人际关系紧张反应和躯体紧 张反应等变量上得分较高,在休闲娱乐、自我保健、理性处事、躯体疼痛、总体 健康、精神健康、活力、生理功能和社会功能等变量上得分较低。
Method
A random sampling method Was used to collect a total of 2739 primary and secondary school teachers,Heping District,to analyze the status and influence factors of occupational stress and quality of life.

心理紧张反应是中小学教师职业紧张反应的主要表现形式,职业紧张预防重 点应以控制心理紧张反应为主。
个体紧张反应是职业任务对生存质量影响的中介变量,在制定改善中小学教 师生存质量措施时,应充分考虑个体紧张反应的存在。降低教师个体紧张反应对 提高教师生存质量有重要意义。

Describe the status of occupational stress and quality of life of primary and secondary school teachers in Heping District,Shenyang.Analyze the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of occupational stress,and its impact to quality of life.Providing theoretical basis for the development of occupational stress
High school teachers have a higher score in occupational role and personal strain,
a lower score in body pain,general health,vitality,social function and mental health. Male teachers scored higher in role boundary,responsibilities and interpersonal strain response,scored lower in social support and self-care.Female teachers have a high score in role insufficiency and psychological strain response,a low score in recreation, rational coping,physical function,body pain and vitality.Lower than 30‘year-old age
Result
It indicated that scales have good reliability and validity according the validity test of Bartlette spherical test.KMO values and reliability test of Cronbach’S 0【reliability coefficient.which showed that the smallest reliability value of 0.708,KMO value of 0.679 and Bartlette spherical test P<0.001.

目的
描述沈阳市和平区中小学教师职业紧张和生存质量现状,分析职业紧张分布 特征、影响因素以及职业紧张对生存质量的影响。为制定职业紧张防治措施、降 低教师职业紧张水平、提高教师生存质量,促进教师身心健康,实现教育事业持 续健康发展,提供理论依据。
确定个体紧张反应在职业任务对生存质量作用过程中的中介作用,建立职业 任务对生存质量的结构方程模型,为职业紧张与生存质量的研究提供方法学参考。
中小学教师的心理紧张反应得分最高,业务紧张反应得分最低,差异有统计 学意义(P<0.001)。性别、生活事件和慢性病以及应对资源维度变量为心理紧 张反应的调节变量,心理紧张反应的影响因素按标准化估计值大小依次为任务界 限、任务不适、理性处事、慢性病、工作环境、休闲娱乐、性别、生活事件和社 会支持。
个体紧张反应是职业任务对生存质量影响的中介变量,自我保健、性别和慢 性病等变量在职业任务对生理健康的作用中以及任务过重、任务不适、休闲娱乐 和社会支持在职业任务对,12,理健康的作用中表现为不完全中介作用。慢性病、自 我保健和任务界限等变量对生理健康作用效应较大,社会支持、慢性病、任务不 适和自我保健对心理健康作用效应较大。

方法
采用随机抽样的方法,抽取和平区中小学教师共2739人,作为研究对象。分 析和平区中小学教师职业紧张和生存质量状况及影响因素。
应用职业紧张修订量表(OSI.R)和生存质量简明量表(SF.36)进行职业紧 张和生存质量问卷调查,问卷还包括研究对象的职业背景信息和人口统计学指标。 应用Bartlett球形检验和KMO值进行效度评价,采用Cronbach’s 0c系数进行信度 评价。
