英语作文,大学里令我印象最深刻的课程The Most Awesome Class in College
Hi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. Today I want to tell you all about the coolest, most fun class I took when
I was in college. Yeah, that's right - I said college! I know I'm just
a kid but I'm really smart. I already graduated from Harvard at age 6. But that's a story for another day.
Anyway, the class I'm going to tell you about was called "Intro to Unicorn Riding and Caring." Can you believe they actually offer that at some colleges? It was seriously the best class ever! I had been dreaming about riding a unicorn since I was a tiny tot. Who hasn't, right? Those magnificent horses with their colorful manes and that big swishy tail crowned with a golden horn - what's not to love?
On the first day, I showed up bright and early feeling super excited. I was a little nervous too though. I mean, unicorns are technically mythical creatures. Were we really going to get to see them up close and personal? I could hardly sit still waiting to find out.
Then the professor strolled in, and I'm not kidding you, she had a full-grown unicorn on a leash! My jaw just dropped to the
floor. This wasn't some pretend costume thing either. This unicorn was 100% real, with a pearly horn and everything. He was pure white and simply breathtaking.
"Good morning, class!" the professor bellowed in a booming voice. "Allow me to introduce you to Starshine, the unicorn you'll all be learning to ride this semester."
We spent the first few classes going over unicorn behavior, likes and dislikes, proper brushing techniques, and so on. Starshine was a total sweetheart but we had to learn how to make friends with him slowly. You can't just go running up to a unicorn, you know! They're powerful magical creatures and can be easily spooked.
Finally, after about a month, it was time for our first riding lesson. I've never been so excited and terrified at the same time! We all lined up and took turns approaching Starshine with some tasty unicorn treats. Once he got to know our scent, we were allowed to gently stroke his mane. That magical mane was even more dazzling than I dreamed - it seemed to sparkle with millions of tiny diamonds woven into the silky strands.
Eventually, it was my turn to climb up onto Starshine's back. The professor boosted me up and I grabbed onto his horn for security. I was amazed by how strong yet sleek his body felt
underneath me. With a whinny, he began to trot around the arena. Riding a unicorn is a lot harder than it looks! You have to use your legs to guide him, just like a regular horse. But subconsciously, I also felt this powerful psychic connection to Starshine's mind. I could sort of feel his thoughts and moods. It was the most incredible experience.
Over the weeks, I became a unicorn riding expert. We started jumping over obstacles and doing all kinds of cool tricks. One time, Starshine even showed off his power to shoot rainbow lasers from his horn! Oh and I can't forget to mention the pixie dust. Unicorns are constantly shedding magical pixie dust from their coats. By the end of class, we'd literally be covered head to toe in the shimmery stuff. It was awesome!
Sadly, the semester had to come to an end eventually. On the last day, I gave Starshine a huge hug and he nudged me affectionately with his horn. I was so sad to say goodbye! The professor promised that after graduating, I'd have the option to adopt a unicorn of my very own. You can bet I'm going to take her up on that offer the second I can!
Looking back, that unicorn riding class was 100% the highlight of my entire college experience. I mean, where else are you going to saddle up on a mythical beast and go for a gallop
while trailing pixie dust? It was a dream come true in every way. I'll always treasure the special bond I was able to form with Starshine. I may have been a child prodigy who graduated from college at a ridiculously young age, but for those few magical months, I was able to be a kid again. I truly experienced the warmth, whimsy, and unconditional friendship that only a unicorn can provide.
So that's my tale, friends! If you ever get the chance to take a beginner's unicorn riding course, don't hesitate! Those of you who think unicorns are just made-up silly horses, think again. Their magic is as real and life-changing as it comes. Just wait until you look into those big soulful eyes and feel the soft velvet of theiruzzle on your skin. You'll be enchanted for life, just like me!。
