教学过程:
(一)提出问题,制订计划
1.引导:同学们,上节课我们]完成了简易观测仪器的制作和改进,课下又建立了“小小气象站”。

我们怎样利用“小小气象站”来观测天气信息、预报天气呢?下面我们先来制订观测计划。

为了便于观察我们将全班分为7个组,比如,天气组(阴晴组)、气温组、风向组、风力组、雨量组、典型动植物变化组等,还应该有一个组记录天气预报结果,以便进行对照(各组根据自己的实际,选择观测任务。

)
2.制订观测计划。

(1)讨论:制订观测计划包括哪些内容?指定小组代表汇报讨论结果。

(2)讲解:制订计划主要包括观测内容、观测地点、观测日期、观测时间、观测工具、小组分工、观测步骤等。

学生分组制订观测计划,并记录在《科学学生活动手册》第25页中。

(3)思考:小组观测计划是否可行?(提示学生逐条分析它的可行性,比如观察时间是否科学、可行)
(4)交流:指定小组代表,汇报观测计划,提示其他同学对方案的可行性进行评价。

(二)观测记录,收集信息
1.掌握方法。

(1)提问:我们怎样科学地观测天气而获得信息呢?
(2)播放:观测天气视频(提示学生关注观测中应注意的问题。

)
(3)讲解观测方法:①观察风向。

风向标箭头指向哪儿就是来自哪个方向的风,比如,箭头指向东南就是东南风。

②观察风力。

通过观察周围物体的飘动情况,根据风力歌判断风力等级。

③观察降水量。

观测雨量器中水位上升的高度,比如上升了10毫米,降水量就是10毫米。

④观察气温。

尽量将气温计放入百叶箱中,如果没有百叶箱,需要把气温计挂在背阴、通风的地方。

⑤观察天气。

观察天空中的
云量来判断天气。

如果空中云量大约等成少于四分之一就是晴天如果云量多于四分之三就是阴天,如果云量多于四分之一少于四分之三就是多云。

2.观测记录。

学生小组按计划分工合作,坚持两周内每天定点、定时、定内容进行天气观测,并将观测结果记录在《科学学生活动手册》第26页中。

(三)分析信息,预报天气。

1.引导:我们通过两周的天气观测,获得大量的信息。

要通过这些天气信息发现天气变化的规律,需要对这些信息进行整理。

2.提问:你知道有哪些整理信息的方法吗?
3.讲解:绘制图表是常用的整理信息的方法,绘制图表包括数据表、柱形图、折线图、扇形图等。

整理气温数据一般果用折线图。

绘制折线图,需要先对数据按照日期依次整理在数据表中,然后绘制折线图。

4.出示:绘制折线图的方法。

(1)在作图纸上画一条水平线(横轴)和一条垂直线(纵轴)。

(2)给横轴标上日期,纵轴标上气温和单位。

(3)在横轴上标上具体的日期,纵轴上标上具体的气温数值(℃),如果观测到的气温数值较大或较小,坐标系原点应选择大于0或小于0的数值。

(4)把每天的气温标在坐标格上,然后连成一条折线,即随着时间变化而呈现的气温发生变化的曲线。

5.学生分组设计图表,整理数据,在《科学学生活动手册》第27页中绘制气温折线图。

6.讨论:分析两周以来的气温变化情况,预测未来一段时间气温可能会发生什
么变化。

7、指定学生汇报讨论结果,其他学生进行补充或评价。

(四)反思评价,交流总结。

1.讲述:“小小气象站”活动已经取得了阶段性成果,在本次活动中你有哪些收获和贡献?又有哪些需要改进的地方呢?让我们进行一次自我反思吧!
2.学生反思:将反思结果记录在《科学学生活动手册》第27页中。

3.小组互评。

根据《科学学生活动手册》第28页“单元评价表”中的标准进行互评。
