江西省煤层气开发利用存在的问题及建议

【摘要】The problems that Jiangxi province faces in developing and utilizing coal-bed gases include the following: weak basic research, lack of the thorough study, complex geological conditions and being dififcult to be developed, low estimated value of coal-bed gases resources, unreasonable mining right setup, dififculty in the use of coal-bed gases, and poor policy and system. On account of this, this paper proposes some measures with a view to furthering initiatives in this regard. These measures lay emphasis on the following: strengthening the basic geological research; increasing financial input to promote economic development and policy leading to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to explore and develop coal-bed gases;training professionals and improving facilities;strengthening the management of mining rights and differentiating mining rights reasonably.%江西省煤层气（煤矿瓦斯）开发利用中存在如下问题：基础研究工作薄弱，研究不够深入；地质条件复杂，开发难度大；煤层气资源估算值偏低；矿业权设置不合理；瓦斯利用困难；政策与制度不完善。

江西省煤层气（瓦斯）开发利用建议：加强基础地质研究，加大经济投入；加强政策引导，调动瓦斯勘探开发的积极性；完善煤层气（瓦斯）配套人员与设施；加强矿业权管理，合理划分矿业权。
