一、Words and Phroses

第三人称单数：leaves复数：leaves现在分词：leafing过去式、过去分词：leafed

⑵the other用于两者，一个用one,另一个用the othereg. I have two cats. One is white, the other is black.

⑶some…others…（剩余的还有，不包括全部）eg. There are many students on the playground, some are running, others are walking.
操场上有许多学生，有些人在跑步，(还有剩余)其他人在走路。

(4) another泛指再一个，又一个
eg. Would you like another cake?你要再来一块蛋糕吗？
anther +数字+名词二数字+ more +名词再多
eg. another three students 另外三个学生three more students又有三个学生
5.Africa非洲I--African非洲人Asia亚洲--Asian亚洲人Europe欧洲-European欧洲人a European country 一个欧洲国家many European许多欧洲人alone adv. (1)单独的eg. I live alone.我一个人住。

(2)leave sb. alone 把某人单独留下⑶ alone 和lonely
alone陈述事实，lonely感情色彩eg. I feel lonely.我感到孤独。

lonely adj.偏远的eg. a lonely village 孤独的村庄
