慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者心理健康状况调查研究

【摘要】目的探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的心理健康状况,寻找男女患者心理健康状况的差异.方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对257例慢性乙肝患者进行问卷调查,将其结果与全国常模对照分析.结果慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者SCL-90的总分(148.71±43.63),躯体化(1.69±0.62)、抑郁(1.86±0.59)、焦虑(1.64±0.62)、恐怖(1.41±0.51)、精神病性(1.52±0.50)得分均显著高于国内常模(P＜0.01),而强迫、人际关系、敌对、偏执各因子得分与常模差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).女性患者焦虑和恐怖两因子得分均高于男性患者(P＜0.01).结论慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者存在不同程度的心理健康问题.%Objective To investigate the mental health status in patients with chronic hepatitis B ,and seek the difference of mental health status between different genders. Methods A total of 257 chronic hepatitis B patients were measured by symptom checklist-90( SCL-90 ), and compared with Chinese Norm of SCL-90. Results Of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B ,the total scores was( 148.71 ± 43.63 ), somatization( 1.69 ± 0.62 ), depression( 1.86 ± 0.59 ),anxiety was( 1.64
±0.62 ),phobic anxiety was( 1.41 ±0.51 )and phychoticism was( 1.52
±0.50 ),who had more psychiatric symptoms and much higher scores than those in Chinese Norm( P ＜ 0.01 ), However, there was no statistical significance between the scores of obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal
sensitivity,hostility as well as paranoid ideation between the two group( P ＞0.05 ). Such factors as anxiety and phobic anxiety in females were much higher than those of males( P ＜0.01 ).Conclusion There are extensive mental health problems existing in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.【总页数】3页(P300-302)
