I. Introduction
The English Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") is established to provide high-quality English language training services
to individuals and organizations. In order to ensure the orderly operation of the Center and the quality of training, these Enrollment
and Management Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
II. Enrollment Procedures
1. Eligibility: Applicants must be over 18 years old and have a basic understanding of the English language.
2. Application: Interested individuals or organizations should submit a completed application form along with relevant documents, such as identification cards, educational certificates, or work experience letters.
3. Interview: The Center reserves the right to conduct an interview with applicants to assess their language proficiency and suitability for the program.
4. Enrollment Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the
application process, applicants will receive an enrollment confirmation letter and a detailed schedule of the training program.
5. Payment: The full tuition fee must be paid within the specified timeframe as indicated in the enrollment confirmation letter. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the enrollment.
III. Training Programs and Fees
1. Program Offerings: The Center offers a variety of English training programs, including general English, business English, exam preparation, and specialized courses.
2. Fees: The tuition fees for each program will be clearly stated in the enrollment confirmation letter. Additional fees may apply for materials, assessments, or special events.
IV. Attendance and Conduct
1. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students. Absence without prior notice may result in a penalty or, in severe cases, expulsion from the program.
2. Classroom Behavior: Students are expected to maintain a respectful
and conducive learning environment. Disruptive behavior or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
3. Assessment: Students will be evaluated through quizzes, exams, and class participation. The Center will provide regular feedback on
students' progress.
V. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Center: In the event that the Center cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled students.
2. Cancellation by the Student: Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must provide written notice at least two weeks prior to the start of the program. A refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
3. No-Show: Students who do not attend the program without prior notice will not be entitled to a refund.
VI. Confidentiality
The Center will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided by students and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior consent.
VII. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the application or participation in the
training program shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the matter shall be submitted to the relevant judicial authority for resolution.
VIII. Final Provisions
These Regulations shall take effect upon their issuance and are subject to amendment by the Center from time to time. All enrolled students are expected to comply with the Regulations as may be amended from time to time.
