As a primary school English teacher in the countryside, I have had the privilege of working with young students who are eager to learn and grow. Over the past year, I have learned a lot and have had many rewarding experiences.
One of the most important aspects of my work has been building strong relationships with my students. I have found that taking the time to get to know each student individually has made a huge difference in their learning. By understanding their interests, strengths, and challenges, I have been able to tailor my lessons to better meet their needs.
In addition to teaching English language skills, I have also had the opportunity to introduce my students to different aspects of Western culture. Through activities such as storytelling, music, and games, I have been able to make learning English fun and engaging for my students. It has been incredibly rewarding to see their enthusiasm and progress in their language skills.
Working in the countryside has also presented its own set of challenges. Limited resources and infrastructure have required me to be creative and resourceful in my teaching methods. I have had to think outside the box and find ways to make the most of the resources available to me.
