(3) The Employee shall keep the Employer's confidential information secret.
(4) The Employee shall respect the Employer's property and shall not cause any damage to the Employer's property.
(5) The Employee shall not engage in any activities
that may harm the Employer's interests.
Article 4 Wages and Benefits。

(2) The Employee shall be entitled to the following benefits:
Five days of paid annual leave per year under the Labor Contract Law。

Paid sick leave in accordance with the Jiangsu Provincial Labor Regulations。

Article 5 Termination of the Labor Contract。

(1) This Labor Contract may be terminated by either the Employer or the Employee for the reasons specified in the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
(2) If the Labor Contract is terminated by the Employer
without cause, the Employer shall pay the Employee severance in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Contract Law.
(3) If the Labor Contract is terminated by the Employee without cause, the Employee shall pay the Employer liquidated damages in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Contract.
Article 6 Dispute Resolution。

Any disputes arising from this Labor Contract shall be resolved through negotiation between the Employer and the Employee. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit in the
people's court with jurisdiction.
Article 7 Other Provisions。

(1) This Labor Contract is made in two copies, one for each party.
(2) This Labor Contract shall come into effect upon signature by both the Employer and the Employee.

因本劳动合同产生的争议,由用人单位与劳动者协商解决。


商不成的,任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

第七条其他约定。

(一)本劳动合同一式两份,双方各执一份。

(二)本劳动合同自用人单位和劳动者签字盖章之日起生效。
