第四课时Let's sing和Ask and answer
(1) 复习检查:
A. 复习单词:复习已学过的含元音字母a, e, i, o的开音节单词,如make, game, she, me, fly, ride, kite, go, no, home, close等。
可由教师说英文,让学生拼写出英文,并写出中文词义。
B. 三分钟自由对话:叫若干对同座的同学站起来,用以前学过的对话内容自由对话。
(2)Let's sing:
本课的歌曲是紧扣语音重点的,歌词中出现open, close, window等含音的单词,唱这首歌可以进一步练习的发音。
(3)Ask and answer:
本课的Ask and answer是复习本课的话题和主题句的,是进一步就“谈天气”这一主题进行操练。
教师可先就当天的天气提问,让全班学生答,如当天是晴天,且很热,教师可问:“Is it cold?”“Is it cloudy?”“Is it rainy?”“Is it hot?”“Is it sunny / fine?”对前三个问题学生要答:“No, it isn't.”对后两个问题学生要答:“Yes, it is.”然后教师举图片问:“Is it ...?”让全班作答。
最后让全班左边和右边的学生依次到讲台前,一人举图片问,另一人回答。
(4)检测:做练习册中的练习二至练习四。

2.复习已学过的开音节词:教师出示game,plate,she,we,fly,kite,hi,bike,like,line,why等单词,让学生拼读并说出是相对开音节还是绝对开音节。
3.复习字母O在开音节中的读音(1)说明字母O常出现在相对开音节中,有时也出现在绝对开音节中.字母O在开音节中读字母名称音.(2)在黑板上写go、no、home、Coke等单词,让学生根据这些词的结构判断是什么音节,哪几个是相对开音节,哪几个是绝对开音节。

但要注意字母o在词尾时并非总是读作,在有的单词中o不读而读,如do, who。
本课Let's read中的8个单词,除go一词为绝对开音节以外,其余均为相对开音节词,是用来练习拼读的。
这8个单词中,go, close, nose, home等4个词是本课所学的,Coke一词将在第十一课中学,另外3个词(bone, stone, rose)是没有学过的,只要求会拼读,不要求掌握。

Let's read和Let's talk的第一个情景
教学目标:
1.知道元音字母o在开音节中的读音,并能拼读含字母o的开音节单词。
2.掌握go、home、cold三个生词。
3.掌握以下句型:It's so cold!

教学过程:
一.复习检查:
1.复习单词:复习已学过的单词,其中要求掌握的单词可由教师说英文,让学生拼写英文并写出中文意思。
对要求会说的词,可由教师说英文,让学生跟说并说出中文词义。
2.三分钟自由对话。
二.导入新课,出示课题:Lesson 10 It's cold.
(一)导入Let's read.
1.复习单词:复习20个辅音字母和4个字母组合在单词中的读音,复习5个元音字母的名称音。
2.复习已学过的开音节词:教师出示game,plate,she,we,fly,kite,hi,bike,like,line,why等单词,让学生拼读并说出是相对开音节还是绝对开音节。
3.复习字母O在开音节中的读音
(1)说明字母O常出现在相对开音节中,有时也出现在绝对开音节中.字母O在开音节中读字母名称音.
(2)在黑板上写go、no、home、Coke等单词,让学生根据这些词的结构判断是什么音节,哪几个是相对开音节,哪几个是绝对开音节。
并让学生试着拼读一下,最后教师做示范拼读:
go -
no -
home --
Coke --
说明:有一些以O结尾的开音节词是例外的,O不
读而读作,如do,to,who等,要加以注意.
(二)操练
1.拼读Let’s read 中8个含字母O的开音节单
词:可先让学生判断他们是相对开音节还是绝对开音节(只有go一词是绝对开音节,其余均是相对开音节)。
然后让他们试着拼读,最后由教师领读,学生跟读。
拼读方法与上面相同。
在这8个单词中有4个(go,home,nose,close)是本课要学的单词,在拼读时要有意识记一下词义。
另外要注意close,nose和rose等3个单词中的s均读浊音,可在下面画线标明,close,nose,rose。
2.拼读含元音字母o的开音节单词:教师出示so,
those,hope,whole,joke,smoke,note,hole,phone(ph读f的音),code,rope,chose,mode,role,rode,
tone,vote等单词,让学生判断是相对开音节还是绝对
开音节,然后逐个拼读。
(三)导入Let ’s talk
1.学习生词:教师出示表示“冷”和“热”的两幅简笔画,同时将cold和hot两词写在画下,反复说“It’s cold”和“It’s hot”并做表示冷和热的动作。
2.导入对话:可用看图听音导入法导入。
教师出示简笔画,并放录音,让学生听两遍,边逐句放
录音,让学生逐句复述并说一下中文意思。
(四)训练操作
1.让学生听录音并逐句跟说几遍。
2.让学生看关键词复述几遍。
3.将全段连起来复述:先全班复述,再让各排复述
和让个别学生复述。
4.分成左右两部分,分别充当两个角色进行对话,再在各竖排间和同座同学间对话。
