定义:REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) 资讯要求书A solicitation deocument used to obtain general information about products, services, or suppliers. It is an information request, not binding on either the supplier or the purchaser, and is often used prior to specific requisitions for items. 一个用来取得产品,服务,或供应商一般资讯的请求文件。

这是一个资讯的要求,并不能成为对供应商或采购的约束,通常使用在请购之前。

定义:REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 建议要求书A solicitation document used to obtain offers to be used either in a firm–bid purchasing process or in a negotiated purchasing process, as stipulated in the request. 用于稳固报价采购流程,或议价采购流程中,依要求之明文规定,为取得报价的请求文件。

建议要求书(Request for Proposal,RFP)用于采购方要求供应商提供问题的解决方案的建议。

它允许采购人员在没有发现最佳资源之前,还没有决定向谁采购时,可以去广泛地搜集供应商信息并进行谈判。

使用RFP方法时需要注意以下几点。

首先,即使向某一个供应商提供信息,也必须把这些信息提供给所有其他的供应商;如果允许某个供应商修改方案,也必须将这个机会留给所有的供应商,允许他们也修改方案。

采购方可以就建议中任何不清楚的问题同某一个或所有的供应商进行协商,谈判。

通过RFQ,我也成交了⼏个客户,下⾯来说说近期我成交⼀个客户的经过。

8⽉,是我们⾏业传统意义上的淡季。

我每天在阿⾥巴巴上搜索着优质的RFQ进⾏报价,希望在淡季也有所收获。

8⽉中旬的⼀天,我如往常⼀样在⽹站上浏览着RFQ信息。

由于是淡季,本⾏业RFQ的数量⽐较少,优质的就更少了。

看着看着,突然⼀个RFQ信息进⼊我的眼帘,吸引我的是客⼈的采购数量,140'HQ。

我赶紧点进去,仔细的阅读客⼈的采购需求,越看越兴奋,这不就是我们家做过的东西嘛,⼀模⼀样。

赶忙在产品库中找出产品发过去,附上了最优惠的价格,等阿⾥巴巴后台把客⼈信息发过来后⼜马上跟了封邮件报价过去。

接下来就是等待着客⼈的回复。

时间⼀天天的过去,之后隔⼏天就发封邮件询问客⼈是否收到报价。

但是每封邮件都⽯沉⼤海。

我也渐渐失去了信⼼,不再对此客户做后期的追踪,把精⼒放⼊到搜索其他靠谱客⼈上去。

9⽉底的⼀天,客户突然来邮件了,说10.4号要来参观我们的⼯⼚并下单,邮件竟然⽤的还是中⽂。

难道是客⼈在国内的代理?带他看了⼯⼚,他爬墙了咋办。

带着疑虑我拨通了客⼈的电话。

Hello,是XXX嘛,我是XX公司的业务员。

⼀听对⽅的声⾳我安⼼了,是⽼外,这中⽂说的蛮溜的,但是⼀听就知道不是国⼈的⼝⾳。

原来他是科摩罗⼈,在中国好多年了,专门为他们国家的客户在中国寻找对应产品的。

我们约定了会⾯时间,挂断了电话。

98%相似度,客⼈马上要了纸笔写出要采购的鞋⼦尺码,并要求我们马上算出1个40‘HQ可以装的数量。

查找了箱规资料,经过10分钟的计算,算出了准确的数量给客⼈。

跟其他客⼈⼀样,有了确切的数量后就开始讨价还价了,这个减⼏分,那个减⼏分,不⼀会⼉功夫⼏百美⾦没了。

采购报价请求(RFQ)_无参考型一.说明本示例是创建一个RFQ(Request For Quotation,采购报价请求)。

通常是采购部门向多个供应商发出报价请求,通过各家的报价来确定最终供应商。

本示例就是这种流程的发起端——创建采购报表请求单;如果供应商回复价格,则维护报价请求单的价格信息(详见《采购报价维护_常规物料》)。

在创建报价请求(RFQ)过程中,建议设定一个汇总号 (Collective Number),虽然它并非是必输项,但可以将多X请求单连接到一个汇总号上,为以后的操作如查询、价格比较等服务。

此条目是在报价请求单的表头输入。

二.示例数据(说明:表格中R/O列:R必输;O选输)表1 示例数据以上报价截止日期需大于询价日期;项目的交货日期需大于报价截止日期。

三.操作创建报价请求(RFQ)的事物码是ME41,前台路径如图1所示。

操作后进入图2界面。

输入后按回车键进入图3界面。

图3 初始界面图3是项目总览界面,此时尚未输入项目数据。

点击抬头细目按钮(),进入图4界面。

图4 抬头数据图4是抬头数据屏幕,很多值是自动带出的,在此主要是输入汇总号的值。

输入后点击供应商地址按钮()(也可返回图3界面操作),或点击菜单“抬头→供应商地址”,进入图5界面。

图5 输入供应商在图5需输入询价的供应商的编号,按回车键后自动带出详细地址信息,如图6所示。

返回按钮()返回图3界面。

图6 供应商详细地址数据图7 输入项目数据当汇总号和供应商数据输入完成后,下面将输入条目信息,如图7所示,在条目栏按表1的条目数据依次输入物料、请购数据、交货日期、工厂等信息。

输入正确后按回车键显示图8的确认信息。

保存成功后状态栏显示询价单号()。

6.若为内部降低成本或改善制程,若只是修模,不重新开模,
由需求单位提ECR变更,若需重新开模(重做治具),
由提出单位会同相关单位(工程,设备,模具)提专案报告,
