注意顶上的压力孔如果有水出来则把水龙头关小，同时根据水在上面的停留位置，调整将出酒管的朝向（根据顶上的水位来测定最低的水平位置便与出酒）5，当锅内开始沸腾，将有白气从出酒口冒出，逐渐开始点滴出酒，此时应该把火力调至中火，当几分钟后出酒将流成线状，此时就可将火转为小火、善火。
6，如何取酒：酒在刚出来的时候度数有70然后逐渐下降直至无酒度，头酒不宜健康且引起上头的物质建议在开始出酒头三分钟（或者流成线状一分钟）作为头酒。
去头酒后一直接到出酒的线状开始变成断线（滴流状）的时候，换容器接面的尾酒并把火调到中大火直至出酒没有度数时候停止，头酒和尾酒可放入下次蒸馏时一并倒入发酵好的酒醅中一起蒸馏。

关于怎么控制接酒度数可以用两种方法如下酒度的测量：（一）酒度表配合温度计一起测定，但是这个很麻烦具体是用酒度表在盛装容器的酒中测量（不要在出酒上测量）酒精表浮起的度数为数据，但是并不是酒的度数，20度以上每三度减一度如23度减一度，26减2度，29度减3度，如26度的温度，测量酒度为41度，实际酒度只有39度。

AlcolockThe alcolock is a factory-mounted electronic breath alcohol analyser, designed to reduce alcohol-related accidents. The alcolock consists of a stationary unit inside the instrument panel and a hand-held unit with cable. The electric drive unit can be started without a breath test, but to be able to release the parking brake and drive off with the truck, the driver is re-quired to pass a breath test.Activation is done in two different ways: by pressing the right-hand side button on the alcolock unit or by turning the truck on and then off with the starter key.When turning on the alcolock unit the LCD display says “Wait”, followed by “Blow for 5 seconds”. The driver then ex-hales for five seconds through a mouthpiece (one per user) on the handheld unit. If the breath test is accepted, “Start Motor”is shown in the display. ⚠️短路或过流详解：如果满电情况下遇到抽吸闪红灯，可以试着拿棉签擦拭干净
烟杆接触点里的冷凝液，并且拿纸巾擦拭干净烟弹底部的冷凝液后再使用，一般可能是冷凝液积压导致的。
如果冷凝液清理完毕还不能使用的话，可以换颗烟弹试试，若新换的烟弹可正常使用，则可能是老烟弹电路元件损坏造成的短路，可申请售后。
（本人近两天遇到过一次，还没去店里换烟弹呢）
⚠️充电注意事项：不要使用快冲头充电，会损害电池影响使用寿命的，五福一安就挺不错。
充满电大约需50分钟，具体视充电头功率和插座电压等因素影响，充满烟杆指示灯白灯常亮。
满电情况下，亲测一般可使用1.5天，具体视使用频率的而定，瘾大的说不定半天就over了。

1、烟嘴向上倾斜45°，体验感最佳。
2、禁止烟杆倒置，也就是烟嘴向下躺着吸。
3、不要大口快吸，小口慢吸（每口2-3秒），口感最佳。
4、不要长时间置于车内高温环境。
5、禁止用水冲洗，如果需要清洁可以采用棉布擦拭。
6、禁止金属物接触烟杆内部。
注意事项及科普
1、在抽吸的时候不要堵住烟杆旁的小孔，否则容易导致吸阻过大；
2、请勿将烟杆直接连接到墙上插座或车载点烟式插座上，以免造成电池短路；
3、不要在高温条件下给烟杆充电，充电时把烟弹取下再充，否则容易因为温度过高而漏油；
4、充电时提示灯会亮，充满会灭。
充满后建议立即断电，否则容易影响使用寿命；
5、当连续抽吸时，发现烟杆发烫先等它凉下来再继续抽，否则也会出现漏油的情况；
6、如果3天内抽不完那么多烟弹，尽量少开封，开封抽过后放一边不管＝漏油+氧气+变味；
7、超过2天不用烟具，请及时分离雾化芯与烟杆，并将雾化芯用配套的硅胶件密封头尾两端，倒置（吸口朝下）保存，雾化芯储
存室温5—25度最佳；
8、长时间存储的雾化芯，取出使用时需将雾化芯正立几分钟，使烟油与雾化芯充分融合，避免干烧糊芯。
