教学目标:
1. 理解会说会用会写以下单词
Best wishes to you ,write a letter, penfriend, keep a diary.
2. 学习并掌握日记的基本格式。

3. 了解一般过去时态的基本概念,基本结构以及基本用法。

教学重点难点分析:
1. 学习了解动词过去式,并能在实际生活中进行运用。

2. 学习了解英文日记的格式。

新课展示(New Presentation)
1)日记格式的学习
教师讲解:本节课我们要学习的第一个重点内容就是写日记。

教师拿出一个日记本,在黑板上出示单词 diary
英语日记和汉语日记的格式基本相似。

在正文上面一行写出星期,日期以及天气情况。

接下来就是日记的正文,其格式和英文文章段落的格式一样,开头第一句要空出三到四个字母的位置。

教师举出一个例子
Sunday May 18th Sunny
Today is Sunday. . .
Best wishes to you!
2) 一般过去时态的学习
教师讲解: Generally speaking, we should use the past tense because what we written were all past things. . 一般说来,我们记日记的时候要用到过去时态,因为我们要在日记里记的事情都已经发生了。

所以什么是一般过去时态?如何用呢?
教师在黑板上写出三个单词 yesterday, today, tomorrow
引导学生通过已经学过的一般将来时态和现在进行时态来理解一般过去
时态。

Today 是表示正在发生的事情。

Tomorrow 则表示将来要发生的事情。

The past tense refers to the things or actions which happened in the past. 一般过去时态是指过去发生的事情或动作。

教师在黑板上写出一些句子,让学生自己管处出一般过去时态的结构。

I played football yesterday.
I visited Xi’an last year.
I learned English last night.
We talked right now.
在动词之后加上ed\d和表示过去的时间状语, 就能构成一般过去时态,
当然,不是所有的动词都是加ed\ d才能构成过去时态,还有很多特殊的。

For example,
I came(come) to Xi’an last year.
I wrote( write) a letter (出示图片,写信)to my gransparents right now. (刚才)
He was (is)a teacher last year.
We were(are) 11 years old last year.
完整的一般过去时态还应该包括表示过去时间的状语,for example, yesterday(昨天), right now,(刚才) last week,(上个星期) last month, (上个月)last year(去年)。
