【教学重难点】:1.重点句式:It’s…o’clock. It’s half past….2.难点:past, to的时间表达【教学过程】朗读talk about, What about, time, o’clock, half, past, art, chemistry, history, maths, at, start,根据音标读出单词并了解汉语意思,养成学生自主学习词汇的习惯,促使学生迅速进入学习状态。

a.让学生以结对、小组互查等形式来检查学生对词汇的预习情况。

b.小组内学生领读朗读单词,注意发音。

一、情境导入教师可向学生询问:“How many lessons do we have in a day? What are they?Can you tell our class the subjects? ”学生回答肯定不一。

这样会调动学生用英语思维的积极性,同时又复习How many…句型。

此时教师可向学生简单介绍科目名称并板书在黑板上。

引出“When is your Chinese lesson?”以此为情境,导入本课时间表达。

二、通过下面的例子让学生归纳时间表达法:在表述日常行为活动时经常会用到时间,要注意英汉不同的时间表达方式,英语有两种时间表达方式,(1)直接表达法:即:先说_______后说______ eg: 6:00 _________, 7:10 _______, 8:30 _________, 9:50 _______________.(2)用past ,to两个时间介词来表达时间.eg:7:10 ten past seven,8:30 half past eight,9:50 ten to ten注意:如果是半小时以内(包括半小时,30分钟用half)的时间,一般用“几点过几分”的表达方式,即“______+_________+_____, 如:5:25可以表达为_________,8:30 ___________t;如果超过半小时,则用“还差几分不到几点”的表达方式,即“______+_________+_____”如5:45就要表达为____________三、小听力(自主完成,合作释疑)(1)听Activity1,read and repeat the time and do exercise Activity2(2)听Activity 3 ,将单词与图片中科目搭配,使单词art, chemistry, history, maths, science, Chinese, English得以更好地应用。
