教学目标【知识目标】

Important words:spell,please

Imp ortant phrases:a map,an orange

Important sentences:1.—What's this/that in English?—It's a map/an orange.

2.Spell it,please.

【能力目标】1.掌握单词和短语。

2.掌握求助单词拼写的句型“Spell it,please.”并能运用,进行问答,掌握please在句子中的位置。

【情感目标】1.在认识事物的学习活动中培养学生的想象力和创造力。2.激发学生学习英语的兴趣,调动学生学习英语的主动性。

3.通过小组活动、组间竞赛,培养学生的合作意识和团队精神。

教学重难点1.运用“What's this/that in English?”句型对周围的事物进行问答练习。

2.运用“Spell it,please.”句型,练习拼写所学的有关事物的单词,并强化记忆这些单词。

3.总结归纳元音字母Aa、Ee、Ii与Oo在单词中的常见发音规律,并能利用所学的规律来尝试拼读新的单词。

Step 1自主学习

【新词自查】

根据汉语意思完成句子。

1.——那是什么?——它是一个橙子。

—__What's____that____in__ English?

—It's __an____orange__.

2.请拼写它。

__Spell__ it,__please__.

Step 2情景导入

【参考案例】

1.Greet the Ss.Check the homework.

2.Recite the words.Let Ss read these words they learned aloud.

3.Review the letters Ii-Rr.Let some Ss recite the letters.Then let some Ss come to the Bb and write them on the Bb.

3.Put some real objects on t he teacher's desk.(orange,ruler,pen,key,jacket,cup)

4.Ask Ss to answer the questions.

Point to a map on the wall.As k Ss:What's that in English? Ss:It's a map.

设计意图:通过实物,复习核心词汇orange,ruler,pen,key,jacket,map,cup,quilt。通过背诵与书写,复习字母Ii-Rr的读音和写法。通过问答,复习目标语言。通过演示,复习this,that在问答句型“What's this in English?”“What's that in English?”中的区别。

Step 3完成教材3a-3e的任务

【操作案例】

Pre-listening

1.Ask three students to say the English words of the things in the pictures in 3a.

2.Then lead the class to read them alou d.

While-listening

T:Now listen to the tape carefully.I'll play the tape twice.For the first time,listen and pay attention to the things.You can number the pictures quickly.For the second time,please repeat after me and correct your work.

Pos t-listening

1.Ask the students to check their work by asking and answering,like this:

S1:What's this in English?S2:It's a key.

2.Now listen to the tape again and complete the words under the pictures in 3a.

While-listening

1.Show the picture of 3c.

T:Look at the picture.They are talking about things in English and spell the word.Please listen to the recording and repeat the conversation.Ss:OK.

2.The teacher writes or displays the conversation on the blackboard.

T:Now read the conversation after me.

Post-listening

1.Tell Ss to look at the box in 3d.Then let some Ss read the words aloud.Make sure they know the meaning of every word.

2.Tell Ss that they will hear four conversations.They are about different objects.Listen to the conversations and number the words Ss hear.

3.Look at the two pictures in 3e.Let Ss talk about the things in the picture by using the sentences Ss learned.

Step 4完成教材4a-4d的任务

【操作案例】

Pre-listening

1.T:Look at 4a,fill in the missing letters.

2.T:Can you remember these words of 4b?Read them,please.(Ask three students to read the three lines of the words.)

3.Let the students number the words in alphabetical order From 1 to 15.

While-listening
