【摘要】Objective To investigate the effects of risperidone on the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and thyroid hormone in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 116 patients with schizophrenic who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in the study, according to random number table, these patients were randomly divided into risperidone group and aripiprazole group, with 58 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were treated by antipsychotic drugs for the first time. The levels of blood glucose, blood lipids and thyroid hormones were detected and compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of IRI,FPG,LDL-C and TC in risperidone group were significantly higher than those in aripiprazole group (P<0. 05). The levels of FPG,FINS, IRI and TSH in both groups were significantly increased,however, the levels of
T3,FT3,FT4 in both groups were significantly decreased,as compared with those before treatment (P<0. 05). After treatment,the average PANSS scores in risperidone group were 57. 6 ± 11. 3 points,which were significantly lower than those (81. 5 ± 12. 6 points) before treatment (P<0.
05). Moreover the average PANSS scores in aripiprazole group were (58. 4 ± 12) points,which were significantly lower than those (82. 2 ± 11. 9 points) before treatment (P<0. 05),however, there were no significant differences
in average PANSS scores between two groups after treatment (P >0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of risperidone on schizophrenia are similar to those of aripiprazole,but it should be paid much attention to monitoring the changes of blood lipid,blood glucose and thyroid gland function of patients.%目的探讨精神分裂症患者应用利培酮对血糖、血脂及甲状腺激素水平的影响.方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月接受治疗的精神分裂症患者116例进行研究,采用SPSS 16.0软件生成随机数字表分为利培酮组、阿立派唑组,每组58例.患者均为首次进行抗精神病药物治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后的血糖、血脂及甲状腺激素的水平.结果治疗后,利培酮组的IRI值、FPG、LDL-C、TC
水平高于阿立派唑组(P<0.05),2组患者的平均FPG、FINS、IRI较治疗前均显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者接受治疗后的TSH水平较治疗前均显升高,T3、FT3、FT4较治疗前显著降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,利培酮组患者
的平均PANSS总分(57.6±11.3)分,显著低于治疗前的(81.5±12.6)分,差异有统计
学意义(P<0.05);阿立派唑组患者的平均PANSS总分(58.4±12.0)分,显著低于治疗前的(82.2±11.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的PANSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论利培酮治疗精神分裂症效果与阿立派唑相当,但是应注意监测患者的血糖、血脂及甲状腺功能变化.
