PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a toilet bowl and a tool in a bag which is hanged inside a manhole in normal times, take out the toilet bowl from the bag and install it by covering the opening of a cover body for stool to make it usable at a time of disaster, arrange a covering body to hide a figure for stool and notice the existence of manhole with a luminous body even in case of blackout at the time of disaster.
SOLUTION: An opening for stool is arranged at the center of a cover body 12 and is opened/closed by a middle lid. After removing the middle lid, a toilet bowl 25 covering the opening for stool and having a through-hole for evacuation is installed. A foldable covering body 36 is supported by a decomposable framework. The toilet bowl, the folded covering body and the decomposed framework member or the like are stored in the bag and hanged inside the manhole in normal times, and the goods in the bag are taken out from the bag for use at a time of disaster. A recessed part is arranged on the surface of the middle lid and a luminous body is filled and adhered in the recessed part so as to notice the existence of the manhole even in the dark.
