感谢您使用TPPS V1.1 电梯图片机图片处理软件！（以下简称“TPPS V1.1软件”）
TPPS V1.1软件是与HCB设备配套使用的人机界面操作软件，主要用于我司外招板液
晶屏的图片显示与主题预览，以及向HCB-T1液晶屏进行图片的二进制数据传输。

该工具软
件主要有三大功能：图片处理、主题预览、数据传输，在图片处理模块中主要对图片进行旋
转、颜色翻转、图片大小缩放及裁剪等简单的编辑操作；在主题预览模块中主要对液晶屏图
片的显示位置、大小进行更改，并支持多种液晶屏尺寸以及横屏与竖屏的主题预览模式；在
数据传输模块中，在完成串口连接情况下，可对HCB-T1（4.3寸）液晶屏进行图片的二进
制数据传输。

TPPS V1.1软件主要为方便客户及维护人员进行简单的图片处理、更换液晶屏图片、更
换主题显示方式而设计的绿色免安装软件，使用时，只需将“TPPS上位机软件”文件夹拷
贝至电脑硬盘任何位置中即可打开使用。

本手册主要讲解软件的功能、操作指导、设置说明，首次使用前请务必阅读。

本手册的内容在制定时已经确认。

由于公司致力于产品的不断完善和改进，因此保留修

Foreword
Thank you for using TPPS V1.1 elevator image processing software! (Hereinafter referred to as the "TPPS V1.1 software") TPPS V1.1 software is matched with HCB equipment man-machine interface operating software, mainly used for our L.O.P LCD screen display pictures and preview themes,as well, as well as transfer the image binary data to the HCB-T1 LCD screen. This software tools has three main functions: the theme preview, image processing, data transmission.In the image processing module the main on the picture to rotate, color flip, image size scaling and cropping etc. simple editing operations. In the theme preview module the main on changeing the LCD screen image display location and size, as well as support a variety of LCD screen size , horizontal and vertical screen theme preview mode. In the data transfer module,in the case of completing serial connection, can transfer the image binary data to the HCB-T1(4.3 inch) LCD screen.
TPPS V1.1 software is a green installation-free software designed to accommodate for customers and maintenance personnel to conduct a simple picture processing, change the LCD screen pictures, change theme display mode. When in use,only copy the "TPPS PC software" folder to the computer hard disk any position open for use.
This manual mainly explain the function of the software, operating instructions, instructions for setting up, before first use please read. The content of this manual has been confirmed in the formulation.The company is committed to continuous improvement of products and improved, so reserve the right to change the product specifications, performance and other content of the manual. 1.1 系统结构及功能
TPPS V1.1软件主要由“图片处理、主题预览、数据传输”三大模块组成，其中图片处理模块仅仅对图片进行简单处理，不提供其他复杂处理功能，各模块名称及功能描述详见第
2章。

1.2 计算机配置及软件运行
1.2.1计算机配置要求
运行TPPS V1.1软件的推荐配置为：
1、硬件环境：
1）CPU ：主频1.5G 以上的Intel 或AMD 产品 2）内存：512MB 或以上 3）硬盘：至少1GB 空余硬盘 4）串口：至少1个RS232串行接口（若无串口，则需要USB 转串口工具）
5）显示器：支持1024*768以上的彩色显示器
2、软件环境： 1）操作系统：Windows XP 及以上操作系统
1.2.2 软件软件安装与安装与安装与运行运行 本软件为绿色免安装软件，使用时，只需将“TPPSV1.1上位机软件”文件夹拷贝至电
脑硬盘任何位置中即可打开使用。

为使用方便，可创建快捷方式到桌面。

双击 “TPPS V1.1.exe ”即可运行该软件。

注意：“SoftRes ”文件夹与“Config.txt ”文件为主题预览的资源配置文件，必须与TPPS
V1.1.exe 处在同一个文件夹下，否则主题预览功能无法使用。

1.1 System structure and function

The recommended configuration to run TPPS V1.1 software:
1.The hardware environment:1) CPU: Above 1.5G frequency Intel or AMD products
2) Memory: 512MB or above
3) Hard disk: at least 1GB free hard disk drive
4) Serial: at least 1 RS232 serial interface (if there is no serial port, need USB to serial port tools)5) Monitor: Supports color display of more than 1024*7682. The software environment:

1.2.2 software installation and running
The software is the green free installation software. When in use, only copy the "TPPSV1.1 PC software" folder to the computer hard disk any position open for use. For ease of use, can create a shortcut to the desktop.
Double click the "TPPS V1.1.exe" to run the software.
Note: the "SoftRes" folder and file "Config.txt" as a resource configuration file of the theme preview, that must be the same as a
folder in the V1.1.exe and TPPS, otherwise the theme preview function is unavailable.

文字处理
用户输入文字并设置相应的字体、字型、大小、颜色等格式，
然后将其显示在画布中，关闭输入框，则自动转换成图片格式，
此时可对该文字图片进行处理。

注：输入汉字背景底色为纯黑
保存图片数据
图片输出格式选择：C语言数组（*.c），二进制（*.bin），BMP
位图（*.bmp），与输出格式功能配合使用。

图片裁剪
在裁剪状态下，用“鼠标左键”在图片显示区域拖动，出现一个剪切框，通过改变剪切框大小来剪切图片。

1、在剪切框中“双击鼠标左键”，则完成剪切 2、单击“鼠标右键”后，可重新绘制剪切框 3、ESC 键退出剪切状态 顺时针转换

帮助 链接到本软件使用说明书 图片宽/高设置 在宽/高输入框中输入相应的宽/高，按“Enter ”键，图片会等比缩放至所设置的大小。

图片色深转换 可通过下拉框选择需要的图片色深，目前仅有16位和24位。

选择相应的色深后，图片会自动转换为相应的色深图片。

2.2 图片处理图片处理使用说明使用说明 2.2.1 图片处理举例 第一步：点击“”按钮，弹出打开图片对话框，如下图所示：

原始大小，如果超出图片显示区域，则只显示在图片区域的部分。

图片格式支持BMP 、JPG 、

注：也可直接将目标图片拖入界面中。

第二步：选择LCD 屏幕尺寸

2.2 Picture processing instructions
2.2.1 image processing examples 2.2.1 image processing examples
The first step: click on the "" button, pop-up open pictures dialog box opens, as shown below:

Select a picture, click "open" button, if the open succeeded, in image processing interface will display the original picture size, if exceed the image display area, is only shown in the picture area part.
Note: it can be drag the target image into the interface.
The second step: choose the LCD screen size
选择“
”，选择不同的LCD 尺寸，界面中的白色画布会显示相应的尺寸：
4.3寸竖显为272（宽）×480（高）；
7寸竖显为480（宽）×800（高）； 9.7寸竖显为768（宽）×1204（高）。

其中7寸显示的白色画布默认缩小至原大小的60%，打开的图片也会相应的缩小至原
来的60%进行显示，9.7寸缩小至原大小的46%，原图大小不变。

在界面下方的状态栏中可
查看其LCD 当前缩放比例。

注：界面中的白色画布仅仅是对图片在液晶屏中显示大小的参照作用。

第三步：参照“表2-1 TPPS V1.1软件图片处理各工具的功能描述”，完成相关图片处理操作；
第四步：图片输出设置 1、输出色深 只有在输出格式选择BMP 时才可选择此项。

可通过下拉框选择需要的图片色深，目前仅有16位和24位。

选择相应的色深后，图片
会自动转换为相应的色深图片。

2、图片输出颜色顺序 该功能为灰色状态，默认固定值“RGB ”，不可选。

3、图片数据图片数据输出格式输出格式
在“图片输出格式”下拉框中选择“BIN 文件”或“C 语言数组”，该功能才可设置。

当选择4.3寸时，包含图片头数据为默认选中，当选择7寸时，包含图片头数据为默认不选
中。

如果勾选“包含图片头数据”，则在输出格式为C 语言数组或BIN 文件格式时，会在文件头部包含6字节的图像输出信息，具体包括：1字节的扫描方式数据（见表2-2）、1字节的位深度数据、2字节的图像宽度、2字节的图像高度。

注：本软件中的扫描方式为固定值：水平扫描、从左到右、从上到下。

MSB 表示高字节在前，默认输出数据以小端模式输出，勾选MSB 后将以大端模式输出。

第五步：图片数据保存 点击“”按钮，当前处理的图片将会按照上述所设置的模式进行保存。

在保存为Bin 文件或C 语言文件时，本软件会将图片先转换为24位图，然后将图片每
个像素点以“5-6-5”的格式（2字节）并以“RGB ”的颜色顺序保存到数据文件中。

2.2.2 文字处理及图片批量处理
1. 文字处理 点击“”按钮，弹出文字输入对话框，在文字输入框中输入文字，同时在界面中会
显示当前输入的文字图片，文字背景为黑色，默认字体颜色为“白色”，可通过“字体”按
钮修改当前字体样式、颜色与大小。

输入文字不可超出图片显示区域，否则超出区域将会以“…”代替。

如下图所示：

2.2.2 Words processing and images batch processing 1.Words processing

如当前有图片正在处理，则会弹出提示框是否保存，点击“是”会弹出图片保存对话框，
如果用户已保存图片，则点击“否”，已打开或已处理的图片将会关闭，然后弹出文字输入
对话框。

2. 图片批处理 本软件支持三种模式的批处理功能：BIN 文件合并、BIN 文件独立和BMP 图片。

可将
多张不同格式的图片转换为BMP 图片、可将多张图片合并生成一个二进制文件（.bin ）、可
将多张图片独立生成二进制文件（.bin ）。

要批量转换图片，需要将图片放在一个文件夹中，然后将整个文件夹拖入“图片处理”
放开“鼠标左键”后，会弹出如下对话框。

注：在拖入界面之前，首先要确认图片数据输出格式（“包含图片头数据”和“MSB 高
字节在前”），如上图所示的红色框部分。

1、合并合并（（.bin ）
如果选择合并批处理模式，将文件夹中的每张图片按一定顺序合并生成一个Bin 文件：

2. Image batch processing
The software supports three modes of batch processing function: BIN file merge, BIN files independent and BMP picture. Several different formats can be converted to BMP picture, can combine multiple images to generate a binary file (.Bin), the multiple images independently generated binary files (.Bin).To batch convert pictures, need to put the pictures in a folder,and then drag the folder in the "image" in the interface.
Let "the left mouse button", will pop up a dialog as below.Note: before drag into the interface, first is confirm the picture data output format("contains the picture header data" and "MSB high byte
in the former"), as shown in the above section
the red frame.
1. The merger(.bin)If you choose to merge in batch mode, each picture in the folder sequentially combined to generate a Bin file:
“batch.bin ”，并且同时生成一个“batch.txt ”文件，里面包含一个C 语言数组的定义，内容是各个图片二进制数据在batch.bin 文件中的索引。

合并生成的文件将自动保存到拖入合并的原文件夹内。

2、独立独立（（.bin ） 如果选择独立批处理模式，将文件夹中的每张图片按原始大小各输出一个Bin 文件，并存放在图片文件夹中，文件名与图片文件名相同，后缀名为.bin 。

3、BMP 图片 如果选择BMP 图片，将文件夹中的不同格式的图片批量转换为BMP 格式的图片，文件名不变，存放到该文件夹下的“HCB-T*”文件夹中，具体是T1还是T2由所选“LCD 尺寸”而定，此种模式下不改变图片大小。

2.3 主题预览题预览使用说明使用说明 点击“主题预览”切换按钮，软件将切换至“主题预览”界面。

主题预览有4种默认主题：横屏2种，竖屏2种。

本软件“主题预览”目前仅有HCB-T1
和HCB-T2产品，其中HCB-T1仅支持竖显，无“预览广告图片”和“保存主题格式”功能。

2.3.1 主题图片预览
点击“”按钮，预览广告图片，选择一张适合该主题格式的广告图片，并在默认

The specific T1 or T2 by selecting "LCD size" , in this mode does not change the picture size. 2.3 Theme preview instructions
Click on the "theme preview" toggle button, the software will switch to the "theme preview" interface.
There are 4 kinds of the default theme preview: Cross screen 2 kinds, vertical screen 2 kinds. The software "theme preview" currently only HCB-T1 and HCB-T2 products, the HCB-T1 supports only vertical, no "preview advertisement picture" and
"save theme format" function.2.3.1 Theme image preview
"Batch.bin", and at the same time to generate a "batch.txt" file, it contains a C language array definition, the content is
each pictures binary data in the batch.bin file indexes. Combined with production files will be automatically saved to drag into the merged with the original folder.

如果为竖屏主题，则导入的图片必须为逆时针旋转90度的图片。

如果尺寸过大，则会
弹出对话框提示错误。

图片大小参照附录，所加载的图片不可超过表中所述的图片大小。

2.3.2 主题格式保存 点击“”按钮，保存当前主题格式，以txt 文件格式保存当前所有图片的位置与大
小，txt 文件名称为system1~system4，分别代表默认主题1~默认主题4。

如果手动加载了图片，则将该图片复制到该主题格式所在的文件夹中，并以相应的名称命名（主题命名为001.bmp ，Logo 图片命名为logo.bmp ，欢迎语图片命名为wel.bmp ）。

2.3.3 批量转批量转换换广告广告图片图片 将多张不同大小不同格式的图片放到同一个文件夹中，选中某一主题，然后将该文件夹
拖入主题预览界面中，所有图片将会被缩放成适合当前主题的广告图片大小，如果转换完成，
则会弹出提示框，并将转换的图片保存在该文件夹下的“HCB-T*”中，具体是“T1”、“T2”
还是“T3”，取决于当前所选的LCD 尺寸，图片名称从001到099。

Put the different size and format of the picture in the same folder, select a theme, then drag the folder into the theme
preview interface, all the pictures will be scaled to fit the advertising picture size of the current theme. If the conversion is complete, it will pop up dialog box, and the converted images are stored in the folder "HCB-T*", specific is "T1", "T2"or "T3", depending on the currently selected LCD size, picture name from 001 to 099.
